I went in at 9:30 and approached the money services counter where an associate was standing behind the register and was told they were closed and that he was on break, should an associate really be taking a break behind the register at a closed station, this was very frustrating and the employee was also very rude and when I asked the manager about it the manager was also very rude.

Desired outcome: Donâ€™t let employees take breaks at registers that are closed, train employees and managers to be polite to customers
