Frigidaire / refrigerator

I have purchase a new fridge last year November 2018 @ Lowes . The refrigerator was working fine until May 2019 it wasn't diapensing water and ice. I called frigidaire company after about month and a half to see what is going on. They sent someone that did not even check nothing from the back of the frigde simply telling me and his boss @ Keystone that I have a plumbing issue. I called a plumber no issues. So now I called Frigidaire customer service back they sent another technician out on July 27, that rule out that one part from back of the fridge is not working when he remove it water is not coming out because I help him check it. He mention they will be ordering it that it takes up to 10 business days for the parts to come then they will come me with an appt time and date. It has been 3 weeks now, someone contacted me that they will be on touch to let me know when the new part will be coming. No one has done so. I keep calling and calling no success.
I feel like it is not fair to me that I purchase a refrigerator per say it is a good brand then it stop working less than 1 year of purchase. I need someone to help me resolve that situation from Frigidaire company and I will not stop until I get an answer. Keystone company that they use these people are so RUDE and I feel like they are trying to save the company money by NOT helping customers. So please I need an answer ASAP

    Why did you let him leave when he didn't check nothing???

    And maybe it is a plumbing issue since both ice and water is out.
