Fox Rent A Car review: Customer service at Ontario Location

I rented a car 10/8 from Ontario location and when Letty brought me the rental car it was soaking wet like she just took it out of a car wash I said I cannot take this car wet what kind of joke is this? She was rude and told me I dont know I just work here we has an argument she screamed and yelled at me in front of several customers out of embarrassment I drove away, when I returned the car leticia was the same person who checked in my car and claims the car was dirty and had been smoked in and had cigaret ashes in the car which is not true this is not he way I turned the car in and she charged my credit card a fee of $435.00 which is outrageous. I called several times to your customer service and no one seems to believe me and now I am not 435.00 because of this rude unprofessional individual who works at this location.
She was screaming and yelling at me I told her I am the customer not to yell and she told me she did not care I was the customer. It was a horrible experience she needs to be fired
