Fox Rent A Car - Excessive Fuel Charge

I rented a car using the rental agreement LAX-2286506 from August 23 to 28. I brought back the car and it had slightly less than a full tank of fuel, just about an inch lower. Strangely, despite this minor difference, the company still charged me $67.98 for the fuel. What's even more puzzling is that the estimated charge for a full tank as per my rental agreement was only $47.32. Could you please review the charges to ensure their accuracy? I have evidence in the form of a receipt showing that I refueled with $30 worth of gas before returning the car last August 28 with time stamp on it. I have also sent an email to the billing department with all the necessary photos.

Desired outcome: Refund of the Excessive Fuel Charge

I did send an email to your billing department but still no reply yet. The rental agreement I signed was only 47 dollars for fuel charge which is the estimated full tank. I returned the vehicle with only one bar down from full tank which will not cost me more than 2 gallons. I have also included all the document screenshots in my email. Please ask your department to check.

Fox Rent A Car - Excess rental car fees

I booked a car rental reservation for my son through Priceline. At the time of the booking, I selected that my son was 21 years old. The rate I received was inclusive of all surcharges and daily rates. I took screenshots of all of this. When my son was at the offsite LAX location today at approximately 10 a.m., he was forced to pay another $500. He was told that he never paid for the underage fee or underage daily rate, which is a blatant lie. I have the screenshots of everything I paid for and that was all inclusive for a 21-year-old rate. I have contacted my bank's credit card department and reported these excess charges as fraudulent. I am also reporting the same to Priceline. I am demanding the excess charges that you forced my son to incur today be immediately refunded to the card he presented to you. The Priceline trip number is [protected]. The confirmation number is FFX01E26AO. This company has very negative reviews from many other individuals regarding these same fraudulent tactics being used.

Desired outcome: Refund of excess fees charged on 6-24-21

I rented a car for my son through this company and Priceline. At the time of reservation, I selected that he was 21 years old. The rates given were inclusive of any additional surcharges or excess daily rates. I have a screen shot to prove it. However, when my son got to the offsite location, which was not at the LAX airport as indicated, he was forced to pay $500 more for underage surcharges and daily rates. The other option was to be stuck in Los Angeles with no transportation. Based on the horrible reviews of this company, which I should have checked first, Fox Rent-a-Car has a pattern, history, and trend of doing this to many other people. This company should be sued and shut down as a fraudulent, dishonest company. I have contacted the fraud department of my credit card, as well as Priceline. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM FOX RENT-A-CAR IN ANY CITY, TOWN, STATE, COUNTRY OR OTHERWISE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Fox Rent A Car - customer service

I return my car and forgot one important personal item in car, called them in 5 mins and they took information and said someone will call me shortly but no one ever did, call them next day and left information with customer service person and he mentioned same thing some one will reach you shortly but same result no one call back. I tried again next day and results was same. Guess they don't care and don't believe on customer service at all!

Fox Rent A Car - scam charge

I rented a car from May first to the 7th and from 8th to 12th respectively. I didn't know that I was not supposed to be charged for the concession fees for $16.00 for the first time until I had a second invoice. I was going to ask them before I took off from LAX International Airport for Michigan. But I was late for my flight. After I reached the destiny, I called the manager and told them about it. They said that they have to see my driver's license in person when they had known that I currently am not in California. They have the records for my rent. They knew that I would have been charged if I didn't have a California driver's license for the second time. But they refuse to correct the over charge.
