We bought a swing from Forever Redwood in May
We bought a swing from Forever Redwood in May . We paid the full price, including shipping and assembly. They said it would ship in *** June. They sent emails saying the swing was being made and would ship on time. In July, we asked for more information about the status and installation. They sent pictures of wood stacked on the floor, saying it was our swing. Then they sent a picture of a wooden crate, claiming it was ready to ship. Weeks later, they asked if they could deliver the crate and have someone install it a few days later. We told them this was not okay. A few days later, a person in a rented truck came to our house and delivered boxes that supposedly had the swing. We contacted Forever Redwood, and they replied several days later, saying they wouldn't have anyone available to assemble the swing until October. Now I have boxes in my backyard, killing the grass, and still no swing. Don't give this company any money until they deliver what they promise.
