Food4Less review: Deli kitchen southwest style taco salad with chicken salad

On the evening of 10/23/2025 a Deli Kitchen salad was purchased. On 10/14/2025 the salad was being prepared to eat for lunch of same day; however, I found the lettuce to be tainted with brown color in most of its content that I purchased at the Food 4 Less Market on University Ave., San Diego, CA. This is the second time that I purchased a salad where the lettuce was unacceptable and brown in color. I have previously purchased salads at the Food 4 Less in Clairmont area and never experienced this situation. My quest is for marginalized communities to receive equality. I not experiencing this when such purchase incidents occur. I shop regularly at the Food 4 Less Markets and wish to continue but if service supply is represented by my experiences I have encountered, I will have to change my shopping practice.
