[Resolved] Floryday — no return process available

I ordered three items through this company. Two were cut too small in the arms, so I inquired through their live chat about return. Was informed " we do also accept the return and offer a full refund of item total if you are just not satisfied with it( you need to return at your own cost)" Glad to do that but, even after multiple inquiries, they would not provide and address for the return.
Just need to know where to return items for refund.
This company fills your inbox with emails about making purchases, but is remarkably uncommunicative regarding returns.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
