FloryDay returning product

first of all i liked the 3 products i received very much i have just sent one backdue to problem with the zip.i thought we did not have to pay for returns?
i had to pay £3.85.please can i have a refund i have asked for replacement i returned. my order number was [protected].i find your refunds very

difficult.i like your products very much, sad returns not so straight forward

FloryDay Returns and refund

I read their return policy and did exactly what was asked for.
I did it 3 or4 days in a row and never did an answer or a call.
They also changed my own email address that I filled in the order form.
I called the phone number 4 or 5 times and a voice said that the connection did not happen, despite it was the phone number they give on their site.
I filled the return online form 4 times, I give my right email address, not the one they had changed, like on my first order.
Never succeeded to reach them, nor by email, nor by phone.
It is done in a way you cannot reach them when it is for a return only.
In order to fill an order, it is very easy, but one cannot get in com with them for a return, despite they said when I did my order that their return policy was so easy. I did it and after 4 or 5 days, never had any
answer.

Desired outcome: A phone call or an email at least.

Many customers report having difficulty with communications about returns procedure . I have had a similar experience and having read that they have returned item they then have difficult getting reimbursed. Such a bad experience. Would not recommend this company and only give bad feedback.

FloryDay Have not received my refund from by order

It was turned into the Post Office on 4-15-21. Why is it taking so long to be refunded back to my bank account? The order number is [protected] which was created on 3-18-21 which was the day that my payment was accepted and processing my order. Five of the dresses were refunded for a total around $100.00. It has been 16 days as of today that my account has not been refunded. All of the guidelines have been followed and am unsure why this is taking so long.

Desired outcome: To be refunded the money I am owed.

FloryDay Clothes/shipping

Ordered and paid in full on March 9, 2021. As of April 13, 2021 I have received 1 blouse out of a seven item order .
I've written over 15 emails or forms. Every reply has a different answer to the same question:where is my order and when will I receive it.
Notably, the latest goofy reply is by May 1.
How do I cancel the order and get my credit card credited for 122

FloryDay Non delivery of ordered items

On 18 March 2021 I orderd clothing items from Floryday to the value of £42.62. I have waited and waited but these items have still not arrived.
I am 76 years old and I am afraid I may have been taken advantage of.
The amount £42.62 was taken out of my account on 18 March 2021 by www.floryday.com.
Please help.

FloryDay Returns

I contacted Floryday concerning returning items that didn't fit(inconsistent sizes)agent told me to send her my item numbers, so she could send me a label for my returns. Since I didn't receive any paperwork with my order, I had to go online to get order numbers.I've repeatedly tried to send these several times with no response I would like a label for returns I have four tips I cannot use. Please advise me on what to do next.

i want to return this dress as it is to small and the quality of the material is bad, i have asked for a returns notice which i was told out of the £13.72 I will receive £5. 27 as they have to deduct the vat this site is a scam how in the world are they allowed to trade in this country, i have just been reading other reviews looks as though this country is allowing them to get away with it.

I totally agree with you it is a disgrace this is allowed to happen, we should be protected. I would not recommend Floryday to any one.

FloryDay Return order

On March 7, 2021, I ordered three (3) dresses from Floryday. My order number was: 021408328018. At that time, I was told the dresses would arrive by the 27th. I actually received them March 22, 2021.

Two of the dresses are too small. The other one is of an inferior fabric. I want to return all three dresses.

When I sent them an email, I was given a "Ticket number, #3587887865. Nothing I did would allow me to get into the Return area...The 24/7 Chat is a ROBOT! No matter what question I asked, I got the same automated reply...go to our Return Policy.

The Online "Worry-Free" Return experience is a fraud! I did everything I was supposed to do, step by step. When I got to the final SUBMIT button, it said INCORRECT REFUND AMOUNT and I was stopped dead in my tracks. I tried to do it three more times, given the return instructions, and each time, I was unable to get a return label. I believe this company is fraudulent, takes peoples' money and never looks back.

Desired outcome: I want to return the dresses and I want a refund!!!

Like you I have spent so much time trying to get the information to return goods. Having now read several review it will be a waste as I probably will get charged vat and not received the correct price or charged postage at an elevated rate. I would definitely not recommend Floryday

FloryDay returns

I received some trousers today from Floryday. They are very poor quality and very bad fit. I have tried the returns site to return them but am just going round in circles.
The package says return within 14 days. This will not be possible if I can't find out how to return them or receive a returns label. If the standard of service is the same as that of your goods I would not advise anyone to purchase things from Floryday and will ensure they receive media publicity. Catherine Wressell

FloryDay Shoes that I ordered do not fit, I need to return them. I can't get a return label 1

I received my shoes on 2/27/21. They do not fit, as one shoe is smaller than the other one! I have tried to get a return label, but your website says that I did not have an order! My order number is [protected], and I ordered brown shoes, size 37, with an ID number of 5459775.

FloryDay Refund

I placed an order on 11/2/20 and immediately cancelled. On 11/10/20 I was emailed that $100.43 would be refunded to me within 24 hours. On 11/24/20 I still hadn't received the refund and was emailed that it was processed. Email also stated a letter of proof was attached but it wasn't. It is now 12/26/20 and I still haven't been issued a refund.

FloryDay Duty/taxes on shipment

Yesterday I received an email from DHL (tracking number 9855455584) requiring the payment of duty/tax on my Floryday order 028240559406.

You never told me that I was supposed to pay taxes!

FloryDay Refund policy

Re Order No: Order No: [protected]

I ordered an item from Floryday months ago; It was too large
so I followed their returns policy which promised a full refund
I took the parcel to the post office and posted it back with receipt to
prove this

It took them weeks to partially refund me; and when I questioned it
they said it was the postage cost they deducted even though I paid it
originally and again to return the item.

They still owe me £3.00 which I insist they repay; it is the principle of the thing!

FloryDay Where's my refund

I happen to love there clothes! But now I spent 368.00 and I wasn't happy with half of the clothes so I kept half and sent the rest back by mail at the post office in danver'smass 01923; I have the copy saved by I don't understand why there is no # and why they keep telling me to go back into the site and honestly by now I have been to stressed out they. Owe my 167.00 and then their was a problem cause I said the netspend card I used to order that was lost so I have another one I sent them my # they said they cant do that I said then what am I to do?.
