I had contact with this company in 2021. I was in the process of purchasing a lot in Chapel Hill NC. After research that they are adamant that you do I discovered the town would not allow me to do anything with the property until it was paid in full. That was not possible for me, I needed to make payments and wanted to use the property right away. They were so pleasant and gave me a full refund without any hassles. I continue to look at the properties because not all towns or counties have such strict ordinances. I will definitely do business with them again when the right property in NC comes along.
