I hired Joes Flores of the Blue Ash office to complete my home for 32,000 cash and they were supposed to return to fix the job and finish and the guy strung me along for 9+ months and then closed his business. Now I have broken flooring, dips in the floor at multiple locations, scratches that were supposed to be fixed and base boards that weren't sealed properly. If no one calls me back I'm simply going to have to contact an attorney and sue to recuperate the cost of hiring another company to fix all this damage and unfinished areas of the house.

This flooring company is the worst. Contractors had no idea what they were doing and They had to return 10 time to fix simple issues. They also installed parts of floor with pattern going the wrong direction. Treads are discoloring and base boards not installed throughout like I paid for. I paid 32,000 and got a third rate installation job. Stay away from these guys cause unless you want to rehire a company to fix all the mistakes you will be sorry if you hire Floor Coverings International.
