Floor Coverings International review: Frustrated with no response

I would give this business a -0- rating but am not able to do so in leaving this review. My flooring was installed in October 2022. I am now having issues with some boards starting to raise up. My representative was Jose Flores with Floor Coverings International located at 1329 E. Kemper Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. After a few contact attempts, he responded and came and looked at the floors. He stated he did not know what was happening and would contact Shaw and get back to me. I have tried to reach out to him. He will not respond to my phone calls and texts. Now when I call, the phone rings several times and then hung up. I have even left a voice mail for a manager by the name of Nadia, and she has not returned my phone call. They are totally now ghosting me. This is so frustrating. My advice to anyone considering using this business and or this store location, DO NOT DO SO.
