FlightHub review: Never again!

NEVER AGAIN... WARNING to anyone who uses this! This was the worst service ever and they proved it through multiple calls with multiple agents who were either rude or not helpful. We had booked a round trip flight and one of us had a medical emergency that prevented him from flying so we ended up canceling the flight last minute. We ended up on holding for an agent for 90 minutes after spending 20 minutes to convince the AI phone agent to transfer us only to get a partial refund because of some stupid clause that forces us to pay a handling Fee (I tried to handle it with the Airline, and they can't do anything because we had to go through the travel agency). Upon re-booking we paid extra for seat selection again and after flighthub took our money, we never got a notification or a link stating that we could select our seats. Every time we go to the Flighthub website, it states that the option was not available at the moment to book the seats and that we have to go to the airline to select the seats. Now for a few months we waiting for the seats to open up through flight hub or to at least get some sort of notification where FlightHub would update their side or the Airline side. Unknowingly FlightHub apparently took our previous flight information and then pretended to confirm with the airline about the seat arrangements as per the useless AI. However still on the website it would say that the option was not available yet. We finally gave in and went directly to the airline to confirm if our seats were confirmed or not, but on our itinerary still shows that it was not. We then proceeded with trying to select our seats and only to find that half of our seats were already booked and to select the other half of our seats it would cost us an extra $260 to confirm our seats. i ask the useless Flighthub AI Chatbot, it says that we already have seats confirmed through the airline and that we have to contact the airline in order to access it. I called customer service to convince the AI over the phone to let us talk to someone, then was put on hold for about 40 minutes even though the initial wait time was set at 19 minutes. After 30 minutes of talking to the level 1 person, they decided to refund me the seat selection money, only to find out that they don't have access to do so. They then had to escalate me to lvl 2 in which I waited another hour just to speak to another person. This other person confirmed that we only paid for the seats for the outbound flights and that the seats were already confirmed. They then said that our inbound/return flights were never paid for. I called the airline after they they still did not have a confirmation for one of our outbound flights, so we ended up booking with the airline directly for the seats that we already paid for.

TLDR...The Customer service is the worst with long wait times and useless agents who can't help you exactly as requested. If you do book with them, Pray to GOD that you don't have to rebook with them or that you need to talk to customer service.
