FlightHub Travel to Dubai that I cancelled in December 2021

I bought a trip to Dubai from Regina, so

On Oct/22/2021

Suppose to leave on dec/23. Unfortunately

We got on the pick of omicron. I follow the GVt advice to cancel non essential

I cancelled the trip on dec/20/2021 , 3 days before the trip.

Since then no answer, no return to my e-mail

FlightHub Rebooking my flights from the flight credits

My reference number is [protected]

I want to go from same origin to same destination and they quoted me additional $800 and then not even confirming that ticket.

Desired outcome: I want to rebook the exact same itinerary with new dates.Please help me rebook or give my refund back.

FlightHub Requesting a Refund, Rebooked flight was not rebooked, Unable to speak to Anyone

I was scheduled under booking number [protected] which originally had 2 tickets, one for Craig Cottingham and one for myself, Kathleen McCusker.

The tickets were for a business class return flight from Catania, Italy to Seattle Washington on Sunday, April 24, 2022 through KLM/Delta/Transavia Airlines. I received a positive COVID test and was unable to flight out on that day. On Saturday, April 23, 2022, I was able to reach a representative on Flight Hub, who told me they separated the booking, would reschedule the business class flight for Sunday, May 1, 2022, which would all be under the saming booking number. The gentleman took my credit card information for the $204.00 fee and I was able to see a re-booked reservation on KLM Airlines.

When I arrived at the airport, with a doctor's letter, clearing me for travel, I was surprised that the Airlines said there was only a reservation and not an actual ticket. They said that that flight was full and we would to purchase another ticket for later that day. I purchased the second ticket. I need a refund of the initial ticket of $3,651.97.

I have attempted to contact Flight Hub multiple times since Sunday, May 1, 2022 and have not been able to reach anyone.

Desired outcome: Please refund the $3,651.97 for the ticket I was not reissued.

Fraud company

Most horrible experience with flight hub.i booked our two tickets yvr to india they didnot mentioned in there advertisement about US visa requirement.which I know three days later by one of my friend.because we didn't travel US yet.those three days during that time US. not giving early appointment or visa on covid period.i tried talked with flight hub representatives many times they didnot pick phone more than hours.after picking phone all representatives gave their own thoughts firstly they deduct handling fees $150from credit card and Said they will refund in 18 weeks I waited 18 weeks but they didnot responded I tried again later another representatives told me $ 1800 will come. Than later on after few weeks I again call them they told now united airlines will refund your fees I told them why flight hub charge their handling fees and moreover they said go to united airlines refund site I went their now united airlines said only booking company can refund your ticket not united airlines.where we go I don't know what we do.i never ever recommend this site to any one.they eat our $2600.with harassment it is thier pure fault to mention clearly about US visa required they deliberately not mentioned to eat our money.moreover all the other site make my trip and cheapoair proper mentioned later on I saw that.thanks

FlightHub Refund request information

I have a flight from Gran Cayman Islands o 29 of April 2022 I want to cancel or get a credit. Them I called to get Information about my request. I contact an agent in flight hub who charge me $ 125 fee supost to be to get the help I need and unfortunately I didn't get any positive answer. Them I call today May 4, 2022 more than 5 times to the customer service flighthub # with out getting help from the agents. They just transferred my call to the main menu and let me ther over and over again to the wrong line. I call because last week an agent told me to contact them if I don't get an email with the information about my request.

FlightHub Unable to cancel flight for refund due to covid travel restrictions

Booked flights in august 2021 to travel to UK July 2022 for family of 4 at the time there were no travel restrictions/vaccine requirements, but since then the government have introduced mandatory vaccination requirements to travel within or out of Canada! Unfortunately due to a medical reaction to the 1st dose one of my family members is unable to continue with further doses and so we are unable to now travel on our family vacation to the UK. I spoke to Flight Hub to request a refund or future travel voucher that could be used anytime and they said they couldn't provide this and I needed to speak to Air Canada. After several days and hours on the phone with Air Canada and Flight hub being told different things by every agent, blaming each other. Air Canada told me I couldn't get a travel voucher because the fare that was booked through flight hub was a private fare so they are unable to see the amount. They suggested I call flighthub to get them to Que the file to them sharing the fare breakdown and then they could issue a voucher. I called flight hub again to be told they are unable to share the file with air canada as they cannot see there fare anymore either as the flights were booked with another 3rd party agent involved and that the file had been closed. they told me my only option was to cancel the flights and get a refund less a fee or get a future credit to use by next year on an identical flight. I asked for the refund and what the fee would be and was put on hold. They then proceeded to tell me that my flights were non refundable so if i cancel i will lose the whole $3000 i paid! I explained the only reason I was requesting to cancel was because of the government travel rules that were in place and so had no choice and felt it unfair to not be able to cancel and get a refund. She said there was nothing they could do about the rules and so the only other option was to take the credit to be used by next year and pay a $300 processing for the the pleasure! I asked what happens if the rules haven't changed but aug 2023 and she said if i dont use the credit for a future flight by then i will lose all the money! I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with this whole process which is not my fault and down to the government rules that are in place and feel i should not be penalized for this.

Desired outcome: A full refund of my money paid for all 4 tickets so that i can use this anytime in the future.

FlightHub Canceled Flight

I booked a ticket from Fort McMurray to Philippines Month of June 2022 but due to COVID-19 we have to cancel our flight. FlightHub didn’t issue us a refund! I called them multiple times but they don’t answer. Once they answer they will transfer me to different agent and they will leave me on hold for hours. So I accepted their credit instead for canceling my flight but that credit is useless as well because it was always not available flight even though it’s the same departure and arrival. Lastly, after like a month that credit they gave me for my $2,500 flight was gone for good. This FlightHub is a big scam. How can they do this to their customers.

Desired outcome: I want my refund!

FlightHub Refund isn't processed after 18 weeks

My flight which was booked for 1st November 2021 was cancelled due to COVID. Representative on the call said the refund is processed and i should receive my refund within 18 weeks but still haven't received it. Overall ticket cost was 2k. Now i can't even contact them via phone. My flighthub booking number was [protected]. You can contact me via my email [protected]@gmail.com

FlightHub Refund on airline canceled flight

Booked flight in Nov 2021. In early March 2022 airline canceled portion of flight talked to support group could not come to resolution to rebook flights. Support agents only solution was to cancel flights. I asked if I would get a full refund and on 2 occasions the agents assured me that yes I would which included flights, travel insurance and baggage tracking. I have received a refund on flights and baggage tracking but not on travel insurance.

Desired outcome: Because of the fact that I didn’t cancel the flights it was the airlines and that I was told I would get a full refund from your agents including travel insurance I expect to receive a full refund on everything

FlightHub Name spelling correction

My booking reference# [protected].Her correct name is Zimal Tahir and last name written by mistake is Tahie. This e should be replaced with r, also calling customer service. But no idea when this issue will be resolved. First, I submitted application for name change than they just stopped working on that. No one is answering on helpline. I am attaching screenshot. Today I again have submitted the application for name change. Please let me know how long this will take. Earlier they were saying should be done within hours. I caught this mistake within hour of booking and applied right away for name change. Here is e ticket

number for her.

FlightHub Outstanding refund

I had a flight canceled at the onset of Covid and have been trying for two years now to get my refund of $1325 back. This company makes it impossible to get anywhere with. They are pros at giving you the run around and never returning calls. I finally after a year got them to refund my money but they needed to contact the airline first and would get back to me with the amount…. It’s been a year now and I still can’t contact them! So angry they think they can screw people out of their money!

FlightHub Bought airline tickets worth over £5000 for virgin atlantic upper class but no tickets are available

Last year in September we bought two upper class airline tickets from Virgin Atlantic through an agent from Flighthub. Tickets were for my wife Sam and daughter Sasha and they were suppose to travel to South Africa Johannesburg from London Heathrow airport. Tickets costed just under £3000. Prior to travel in November, the agent called us and asked us to pay a further £240 home at-home covid tests. Due to some work commitment my wife (who is a registered nurse) postponed the trip and we paid a further £500 for the amendment. she was due to travel mid December however due to the Omicron it meant that we had to postpone yet again with a further charge of a further £500. At this point my wife who started a new business decided she didn't want to travel anymore. But because of the amount of money that we had already paid l decided I were going to travel with our daughter during the school break instead. we phoned the travel agent and requested change of passenger details. He said he will check with the air line and then come back to us. Within a few hours he came back with what he called 'good news' for us. He informed us that he was able to change passenger details and all I needed to pay was £54 but he had to use my credit/debit card to make that change. During the card transaction he attempted to take £3500 from my card. I quickly objected and he said its an error from their system which happens from time to time but my card had less than £200 balance. Again when carrying out the £54 transaction, this time he took £164. Immediately apologized and promised that he will get the difference refunded within 24 hours. After 24 hours there was no refund, I phoned the agent again he asked me to provide him with my card details so he could refund it while I was on the phone, however again he attempted to withdraw £7500 but my card didn't have that kind of money so it bounced back. At this point I asked to speak to his supervisor but he told me that he was still working from home and made a lot of excuses while at the same time promising that the overcharge will be refunded in due course. After talking to him, with yet another promise of "your money will be refunded within 24 hours", I decided to phone the air line. It took me 4 days to get through to Virgin Atlantic, every time either being told waiting time was up to 2 hours or the phone just going dead and a message telling you that try again later as we are extremely busy. Once I got through, the call handler informed me that the tickets were reserved but not paid for. I asked if they had any dealings with Flighthub but she told me that she has never heard of such an airline travel agent. I asked how come the tickets have been reserved for such a long time, from September until April without no penny paid towards them? The lady couldn't answer me but only reiterated the fact that they don't work with Flighthub. After the call to the Virgin Atlantic I then phoned my bank Halifax who informed me that the money taken from my account went to an electric company in Pakistan, Lahore called Shophive (website;shophive.com). I requested that I speak to the fraud department to find out what the next step will be but beside cancelling my debit card they also haven't been helpful. Since phoning the airline and my bank all calls to the airline (flighthub) agent have gone either unanswered, voicemail or someone will answer briefly but as soon as I tell them what my query is about they cut me off.

FlightHub Change of flightdate,but customer service cannot help me

I book a flight on April 12 2022 for June 4 2022 flight for a famiky of four.But unfortunately my visa fir Croatia will be delayed so I want to change our flight date from June 4 to June 11 2022.I call the customer service 4 times they keep on telling they cannot help me that I need to call the airline.I call the airlines twice to and airline told me that I need to call flighthub becasue I book on them and this Agenecy suppose to make conversation to airlines .It should be business to business talk which is right.Then I try to call again the custoner service on flighthub 10 times with different number I cannot reach them anymore just saying error request.I dont know what to do.They are just good when you book flight on them after booking the flight tbey dont care anymore.I really need a help its a big amount of money what we paid for 4 people.

Please help me!Iam really stress because of this.

Desired outcome: I would be happy if they can help me to change the our flight date.

FlightHub Refund return flight ticket, which was not eligible because entry restriction to Japan due to covid.

I am asking refund for my return flight ticket April 8 2022 from India to Canada , because I was not eligible to take return flight from India because of covid restrictions entry at Tokyo Airport and Tokyo Airport was closure on day of my arrival at Japan on 9th April 2022 (NRT airport closure).

I had to buy new flight for return.which cost me another $2878.88. All this was not my fault. I was been calling flight hub to refund return ticket which was not my fault. but customer service putting hold the line more 1hour 40 minutes but my problem was not resolved. I saw this page to complaint. I dunno if this could help me or not but I don't want other people to go through what I have been through. Becareful with agent like flight hub who cannot take care of customer problem and customer satisfaction. They can enquires to make sure and helpful.

Desired outcome: need refund ... I bought new flight ticket for return.so I don't need rebook. I need my money back.

FlightHub Rebooking Flight after COVID

I booked flights to the UK from Canada in December 2021 but due to the rise in Omricon and the Canadian government advisory not to travel, I canceled the booking. Flighthub told me I couldn't get a refund but I can rebook at a later date. I can rebook until November, so I decided to use the tickets in Summer. I couldn't reach them via phone. I tried calling them over 3 days and was on hold for over 2 hours each day without anyone answering. When someone did finally answer the phone, he hung up when I was asking to rebook the tickets. I

I reached out to them on Facebook, they told me to send the information via DM, which I did three times. They claimed they couldn't see it, so I ended up putting the information in the comments section for all to see. Finally, they sent me an email asking for the dates I wish to rebook. I sent them one back within a few minutes and they didn't reply. So I sent them another email the next day for them to ask me AGAIN, what dates I wish to book, despite me already telling them. Someone then called me to rebook, and then the phone cut off right before they can tell me the price and they claimed they couldn't reach me via phone, despite just cutting me off. Since then I have waited one week for them to get back in touch over email to tell me the price difference. They keep telling me the department involved is still calculating the cost... after a week! And I know for a fact that the tickets are less than I originally paid so I believe they are deliberately waiting for the prices to go higher so I have to pay more. I have emailed them every day asking for an update and they just tell me it is with this department and thank me for my patience.

I have tweeted them, I have chased them every day via email and still nothing. This is my money they have and I have a right to have my tickets rebooked. It should not take a whole week to do that, despite how busy they are.

Their customer service is appalling, they have no care for their customers and they don't care that they are making so many people angry.

They are not giving me tickets that I have already paid for and I want to know why? It really shouldn't take them one week to rebook and calculate the difference. I want my new tickets so I can go home to my family who I haven't seen in three years!

I have never dealt with such incompetence and I used to work in customer service and I was a manager in customer service so I know what I am talking about. This is terrible.

I am very angry and once they finally book the tickets, I will not be using this company again. I feel they are trying to trick people and it is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I would like my tickets rebooked at the price I paid for or less. I want a formal apology. If they can't do that, then I would like a refund so I can book somewhere else.

I concur with many of the comments on this board. This company is incompetent, unreliable and extremely unprofessional.

Our cancelled flight to Iceland (just departing) return is fine, was done without us knowing. Flight Hub nor Iceland Air advised us the flight out of YVR was cancelled.

Nothing but runaround since then. We were told 2-3 days for new confirmation and flight details...going on 3 weeks..still waiting; everytime we call - about 6-7 times now, we are told it has been escalated to the "concerned team". Really? How about the "Incompetent Team". No one seems to know anything. We have a trip lined up for 2 weeks, dates confirmed for car rental, accommodation, tours...

What is the issue with this company? Pathetic. Never again.

FlightHub Changed return flight

My return portion of my flight was changed Was only to have a 2.55hour layover but now it is overnight 26.55 hours layover flighthub says Japan airlines changed it Japan airlines says flight hub changed it nobody wants to help resolve this flight hub booking number [protected]. FlightHub FlightHub refused to change flight or refund money

I requested a change in my flight itinerary and got a feedback from FlightHub requesting me to wait for them to work on my request - I waited for three weeks.

I contacted FlightHub today as requested by them but was told by the customer service agent to contact the airline because he couldn't make the changes. Upon contacting BA to speak to FlightHub. I was informed that I will not be able to get my dates changed or flight credits.

FlightHub Why I can't exchange my ticket

I have a balance which can be applied to a new flight with the same carrier before 06/30/2022 but till I can't exchange it, I have tried to speak to customer service's many times but no one can't resolve it and they said to me to call the company airline, but when I call the company they ask me to call flighthub, i'm confuse and I waste my time for nothing, please help
