Since opening my business account I had to go in several times just to get my business account functioning so that I can view balances and do the necessary transactions. My partner had all sorted out on his side, however on my side nothing worked on my android, and I still had problems on my pc online banking. It got to a point that enough was enough as the agent in JHB who was supposed to sort out our online banking was totally incompetent and lied about the online platform features being activated. I had to go to the branch where I opened up the account in Durbanville and again, no results. I went to Tygervalley Centre branch and again issues. I had enough. I asked them to close the account. This they could do but yet again, with pure incompetence. I asked for and IMMEDIATE TRANSFER OF MY FUNDS TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT, so that I could pay my staff members and purchase my materials for Mondays contract. The agent said it comes with a fee and I agreed. He said the funds would reflect in my account on the day. Your online advise in within 60 min. A day later... NOTHING IN MY ACCOUNT. Account balance after the transfer and closing of the account... Bal r467.70 credit and avail Bal r114 credit. This needs to go viral from as many customers with bad experience as possible. I have noticed your presence on Hello Peter and it's not good, and it should be communicated even further than them. PLEASE SORT OUT MY FUNDS THAT ARE STILL IN THAT ACCOUNT ASAP, AND FOR IMMEDIATE PAYMENT CHARGES, CREDIS AS WELL.
