Reported a fraud case but no one comes back to me.
The case number was given on 29 October and the necessary documents before that. Network said it will take 7 working days and its now been 8 working days
I need to buy food have been scammed big time and Asked FNB to follow up with Absa on my case, but I don't understand why I need to follow up all the time instead of just expecting customer services? I need answers on my case, and I want to block and delete these people
