First Data review: Worst customer service on the planet

I would recommend never going with First Data. They NEVER respond to any query or issues and if you're lucky enough to speak with someone, they know nothing, are unable to transfer you to a person that would be able to help, are even unable to give you ANY information whatsoever but are telling you to hang up and call back. This has happened to us each and every time we called and frankly, no one has the time for this BS.
