I was traveling on October 27th Friday on the southbound New Jersey turnpike right before exit 3 when I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that a sunbet Sunbelt rental truck the service truck the big white one with tool boxes and all that stuff and air compressors on it well the guy was still close to my bumper that he was almost pushing me and I had attract trailer about 50 ft in front of me very dangerous very very dangerous I put my hands up and just tap my brakes lately to let him know back off and he swerved over two legs rated exit 3 got off the exit well I looked over and called eyes with him as he was getting off and he was freaking out and gave me the middle finger and he was screaming to go [censored] myself he could have caused an accident with me and my kid in the car this was at 3:41 p.m. Friday October 27th he was getting off exit 3 running New Jersey at 3:41 342 it should be logged I'd like a response I like to know who this man was that is so hostile that he had to act the way he acted about him tailgating being a dangerous way he was with I see them earlier before that too he's leaving getting out of traffic he had his flashers on I don't know why but he had his hazard lights on I couldn't go anywhere I had a tractor trailer right in front of me and one beside me my name is James Stewart my number is [protected] but email is [protected]@yahoo.com please reach out to me I'd appreciate it thank you

On the main page when setting up a new account. It wouldn’t take my first name, it kept saying that there was a space. The other boxes that you have to fill out worked. I couldn’t ever get it to upload my information so I had to use a different company.

I have tried disabling Face ID and so far nothing helps. I log in, don’t allow Face ID and tried enabling Face ID and as soon as I allow push notifications cause there is no other choice I starts up the app and then starts me right back over at the log in screen. Im not able to use the app any all I can do is log in repeatedly.

It keeps on asking if you want to enable biometrics every time i am login and than it wont sign in. You just need to save your login and pass and do it this way until they fix the bug.
I tried to override it but no luck so thats my only complaint so far.
I haven't actually rent anything yet but play around and it seems responsive and well thought.

Apparently there are no Sunbelt stores in all of Florida. The location lookup doesn’t work. It only includes a limited amount of smaller tools and equipment. I tried to find an excavator and there is no category for this size equipment.

When I entered the wrong password the messaging indicated a network issue on their side. I was sure I had credentials so I found and corrected the issue in my end. However, if I assumed their app message was correct, I would have spent a long time waiting instead of just resetting my password.

It looks like they are on the right track but have a lot of work yet to do. It will be very convenient to locate and reserve items regionally if they get it worked out.

During the month of 6/23, I asked Colin to meet with homeowners in GPP on Kensington. Colin walked the property with Rebecca(homeowner). Home was scheduled to have exterior painting on 6/20/23. Colin suggested 65 foot boom lift to complete work around home. Only access to property is from driveway off street. Hedge borders sidewalk to driveway. Driveway stretch is approximately 150 feet by 7ft wide. DW (GLP owner) spoke with Colin to confirm his recommendation. He stated “this would be the best lift to use”. Lift was delivered 6/20/23 at 7am. During the use of this lift several section of concrete were damaged as a result of excessive weight (14k). Concrete was not able to withstand the pressure. Informed Colin of issue and that I needed to remove lift from driveway. Furthermore, I asked him why he made that recommendation. He stated “that was the lift to get the job done”. I told him that lift was too heavy for driveway. Now, homeowner wants it replaced! I have made several attempts to reach out to Sunbelt Logan and Colin on the behalf of homeowner. Colin reports to Logan. Many calls were left unanswered. Finally, reached Logan and he claimed no responsibility for the wrong recommendation by Colin. This behavior is unacceptable! Colin should not go to job sites and recommend tools that cause damage especially when you only have 1 access point(concrete). Inaddition, he should not make recommendations without proper education/ information. Unprofessional!
