I paid over 30K for a semi-truck from Excelerate Leasing, but Jim won't give me the title. It's causing problems for my business because I need the title to operate the truck. Jim and his company got paid in full, but still haven't given me the title. It's frustrating.

I bought a 2014 Peterbilt from Excelerate Leasing on Nov 15, 2021

I bought a 2014 Peterbilt from Excelerate Leasing on Nov 15, 2021. The salesman said they'd fix any issues within 10 days. It was a lease purchase for 2 years. But within the 10 days, the transmission had problems. I had to pay for repairs and towing, and lost revenue. I told Excelerate, but they just said to keep them updated. When the problems continued, they told me to go to *** in ***. But they couldn't fix it and I had to tow it again. I tried to contact Excelerate many times, but got no response. On Jan 19, 2022, I stopped lease payments and told the salesperson, but got no response. I think Excelerate broke the lease agreement and I want to be reimbursed and exit the lease. Don't use Excelerate Leasing!
