On 10/29/2025 this company sent an air conditioning contractor for an inspection on my air conditioning unit that's not cooling. The contractor did something that blew up loud and all free on and liquid exploded out of the air conditioning unit or condenser. He left and said that the air conditioning was no good and he was going to report it. Got charge for a $92 fee. After calling for two months they finally got back to me in January 2026. I complained and the agent sent me the same guy After I told him to send me a different contractor after a month of me bugging on 2/23 /2026. When he you got to the house, he raised his and said I did not do anything, and I told him I didn't ask you. and he told me he told the agent them t the air conditioning was no good and he left. The agent got back to me a couple days later and turned me down that the air conditioning was done because of wear and tear and i mixed free on with something else and I called it to blow it. the company charge another ninety-five-dollar fee for not doing anything. It gets very hot out here in Ramona.
Desired outcome: You know I'm paying for air conditioning coverage, and I would like my money back or get it replaced like it says on the contract.
