Do not take your car to Firestone Complete Auto Care! Their “Complete Auto Care” is not what you think! For some unfathomable reason I couldn’t post this on the Firestone page so have ended up here. I brought in my Beetle with the engine light on. Guess what, Firestone doesn’t pull codes. I have ended up towing it back home and subsequently sold to Wheelzy whose tower repaired it and listed up for sale on FB. facebook.com/marketplace/item/[protected]
The tower repaired something that Firestone couldn’t which is disappointing. I don’t recommend Firestone to anyone. Use mobile mechanics instead.

For some reason I can't edit my complaint. So I wanted to add that I was thinking that my car is not repairable, which is why I sold it to Wheelzy. But — you cannot trust Firestone.
