I thought it was taken a little while but it was my slow insurance. NuVision was there to help out every step and doing everything. Plus the install was great .

This was my second replacement on a different vehicle, the service was excellent. Jen mentioned it did take some time for the glass to come in, not a Nuvision issue, but as soon as it did, they were right on it. The installer was fast and friendly. I will keep using Nuvision!

The whole experience was far more than I expected
The whole experience was far more than I expected. The install team was a few minutes behind their ETA, but they showed up and left my car in the same condition they found it. No glass shards, no trash, and no mess. The calibration tech was top notch as well, had my car done in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely use NuVision again when my next problem arises, hopefully it won't be anytime soon though.

Very unhappy with their customer service
Very unhappy with their customer service. Very hard to get through to talk to anyone. Scheduled my service only to have nobody show up twice. Installer broke my aftermarket door stops on Jeep. *** says its my word against his. Now have three small chips in glass. They say they dont do repairs on weekends after making me wait all Saturday for my appt. Called GEICO. Going to get Safelite fix my windshield. Im done with these clowns.

Horrible customer communication service tech has messed up my whole day
Horrible customer communication service tech has messed up my whole day. Originally told they would be here to replace windshield 3/18/22 between 2pm and 4pm. To then be informed at 3 when i heard nothing and called the customer service that changed to between 2pm and 6pm. Now currently 6:30pm and still waiting on the same service tech. *** does not care that my whole day has been messed up having to stay around home instead of taking care of the errands i cant get to throughout the week due to work. Very bad experience with them just hope the service provided isnt as bad as the current tech or there customer care.

I had my winsheild rreplaced by them and they cracked my radio screen where i can see the rearvie as i back out i reported it to them the same day and they ignored my compliant and said to fix it myself that it wasent theire fault they were very unprofessioanl i would never recommend them
