Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Done right the first time is a scam

I bought a lifetime alighnment for my truck i have had 3 attempts at it having a pulling issue and get a different cause everytime.The firs time i had them put on brnd new tires i purchased elsewhere balanced ect. The bill was close to $700.00 with a lifetime alighment it has pulled more after the services than before mind you i have new tires put on when all this started now on realighment #3 they were to inspect my truck for the culprit or parts that are worn re alighment and refund the money for the alighment.They found no issues or whatever they found they refused me a copy of the inspection.I complained due to the alighment not being done to where it did not pull my front tires were prematurely worn.I was treated with hostility and the manager said raciial remarks and told me to leave .Verry disapointed and not satisfied with the results
