Firestone Complete Auto Care – Buyer Beware in Holly Springs, NC

The Firestone Center on GB Alford Hwy in Holly Springs, NC does not honor the warranty on their tires. Manager had a chance to do the right thing and make a life long customer ( even if they had pro-rated the cost of the new tires) but chose to make sure we NEVER do business with them again. This center currently has a 2.8 out of 5 star rating. We messaged Firestone on FB and were told that the manager would make contact in 2 business days. This did NOT happen, Now we are being told that an area manager will contact us, once again, in 2 business days. We are not holding our breath. That's ok. The more time they put us off, the more time we have to make sure everyone knows about our experience at this center.
