Firestone Complete Auto Care review: unresolved service.

Over the course of a year, I have brought my car to Firestone(Knightdale, NC) regarding a coolant issue. I have spent a total of $5,536.69 to date and my car is still leaking coolant. The last time( 2/2026), I brought it back to them to look at they could not find out what was wrong and told me to take it to a specialist. I showed them pictures of the coolant on the ground but nothing was done. It seems they never knew what was wrong with my car but guessing and charging me along the way. I'm requesting a credit of $1,770.02 to be refunded to my car. This was the cost for the last two visit in the last 90 days.

10/22/24- Brought vehicle in for coolant leak ( $ 1,443.61)
9/2025 returned with same issues ( $ 2, 725.96)
10/7/25 coolant was still leaking...told air was in the line
11/19/25 returned due to coolant problems
12/20/25 followed up from 11/19/25 an paid $1, 367.12.
