i was schduled an appointment via the online help desk. when i went 5/22/2025 i was told by Josh uncertian od gentleman name he is caucasian has a beard & blond hair . he rescheduled my appoinment for 5/25/2025 @ 2:00 pm . i arrived early . i dropped my vehicle off between 7;00l-8:00am my appoinment was at 2:00 my coworker dropped me ff & i left my vehicle. when i called later in the day i was told i had no appointment & i had been placed in the walk in folder by a person of color female. she was adamant i would nit be serviced . i was not serviced . i asked for corporate numer she reluctahtly gave me the number. when i was connected to a very professional gentlemsn she refused to speak with him. acussed me of threatening her not true. my coworker henry johnson also witnessed the rude treatmen. there is only one facility facility in sumter sc. i travel to columbia sc was handeled by Maverick i know it was not clemson (where i was also offered an appointment . i went to other location was seen same day with only a two hour wait . absolutely not happy with behavior at sumter location .
Desired outcome: i want to know my vehicle will not be sabotaged, my treatment be much better. i am alomg time customer close to 20years
