My Name is Sergeant James L Brown I have a 2008 Volvo XC90 3,2. Had is serviced on 8-25-25 @ Silver Spring Volvo after a 21-point inspection, they replaced Fuel pressure sensor. I also had a 0700 appointment @ 8-29-25 Firestone on Andrew's AFB, for a Tire Rotation and 4 Wheel Alignment. When your Service advisor Chris Martinez returned the Vehicle with a $3042,82 Stating Suspension Struts also control arms and Ball joints needs to be replaced. Volvo of Silver Spring would have informed if that was the case. I feel like Mr, Martines and your Company is taking advantage of a First Responder.
