Firestone Complete Auto Care – Service they did install tire on the rim and put them on the car

It not for it for my brother in-law his name is Jomari Burton invoice no# 221050. The company install his own tire on 2020 Honda Civic they scratch two rims on the went back to complaint they said it not they fault I only want to fix it not to replace just bring to a rim shop to paint it that all. They fault no scratches was there before they are new rims
