Good morning, I had my 2006 saturn ion serviced at the store in aurora in june 22 2022, they said they replaced a fuel sensor for me (it took 8 days). They gave me a bill if $411.00. Bob Sumerel in Harrison, Oh. Did a lot of work to my Ford truck last week ($2400) including tires..I was on my way home 4 days later and have a low air pressure light come on..I made it to Bob Sumerel in Dent, Oh...they got my truck in and tell me the tire is Not Repairable and only thing they can do is sell me new tire..($240.) I have no choice, so I bought the new tire and requested to keep Nonrepairable tire..I went to 2 different tire shops next day..both told me same thing. Tire Can be Repaired with 1/4" plug patch..approx.($20).this is second bad experience with Sumerel in Dent..they got me for over $200 that I did not Need.will not do any business with Sumerel again.Should let Cooper Tires know what one of their distributors are telling customers about their tires...

Purchased Tires from Tire Discounters in Cincinnati Ohio. Got a bad tire. After a long story and going back to the manufacturer of the tires, the Manufacturer offered to replace the tires at 65%/35% where I would pay the 35%.
