Today I made an appointment for 230 to get four new tires size 205 70 R 16 the appointment was made with the understanding that the tires would be here and would be mounted shortly. It is now 435. My car is still on the lift with two tires still off and no employees are seen working. I talked to the manager on duty and he said the tires were still out 30 minutes away. I told him that I do not have this kind of time and then I need to depart and again my car is still on the left with two tires still off. I took a picture with the time, stamped on it for proof, along with the man smoking a cigarette while I have to go in my car still on the lift in my humble opinion if you make an appointment for a certain time, you should keep it and it should not take three hours to get your vehicle back because I was just told it’s gonna be another 30 minutes before he gets in my car finished. This is very poor time management and logistical management as well. It is my opinion that these employees have absolutely zero regard for the series of this matter my time I need to get somewhere and the whole essence of making an appointment. Also, I heard the employees giggling and laughing about oh, I’m a crybaby. I had to wait two hours very unprofessional very unprofessional all the way around if I would’ve reviewed the reviews, I would not have come here given that you have a 1 1/2 star rating. The manager made no attempt to give me a discount to make it better or to soothe the problem which is what I would’ve done if I was a manager, even a 10% or 5% discount would’ve been acceptable, but this wasn’t even offered no attempt whatsoever to resolve this problem was offered. Finally received my car at 4:45 so I’ll wait for two hours and 15 minutes. The tire still aren’t here so it would’ve been at least another half hour three hours after an appointment is unacceptable. This is completely unprofessional and I honestly do not feel that these employees are taking their job seriously at all. I’m severely severely severely disappointed in this company‘s efforts to rectify this situation. I will probably never use Firestone ever again, but in the event I do in the event I don’t I mean, I make filing this complaint so that others don’t have to experience the same thing I do I’m not the type of individual to file complaints like this, but this is just absolutely ridiculous. I’d like to pick my wife up from work and I did have plans this afternoon for business of which I had to reschedule. Please consider this complaint and take it. Seriously this is absolutely ridiculous. Thank you. I’m sorry for having to complain. . bottom line I feel the manager is completely inept and unable to calculate logistics and time management and did not take this issue seriously at all. In my opinion, I would never falsely accuse a working man someone that works as hard as that as these guys should be without it being 100% true and I really hate to do it because these men are at least trying to make a living, but I don’t think they’re trying hard at all to be honest with you. I don’t I don’t even think they’re trying. That’s just my opinion but the bottom line is I made an appointment at 2:30. Those tires should’ve been there if if the manager wasn’t 100% sure that they would be there. He should not have kept that appointment. I waited for two hours and 45 minutes and the tire still did not arrive so I asked to asked the manager to take my car off of the lift because I had to go I can understand an hour hour and a half if the most about two hours and 45 minutes and the tire still weren’t there I would’ve probably been there for four hours to get these tires on and that is just completely insane. I’ve never had to wait longer than an hour for any kind of tire service ever thank you for reading this complaint again I hate to do it, but it is what it is..

Claimed loss: Two hours and 45 minutes of lost time late for picking my wife up from work missed two business appointments

Desired outcome: I just discount to compensate for my time on four tires would be appreciated at a different location, though. I will never go to that location again that’s the only way this will settle right with me..
