12/30/25 - Brought my vehicle in due to an oil leak, was informed that I needed to replace the oil pan and gaskets, I also had some other done that the recommended. Vehicle returned 1/6/26. $8,000.00
1/17/26 - Brought vehicle back due to oil leak. They found that the oil filter had been damaged due to the vehicle being low, it was replaced. Vehicle was returned 1/30/26.
3/15/26 - Brought vehicle in to have a turn signal bulb replaced and an oil leak. 3/18/26 called for a status, no return call. 3/22/26 called for a status, was told would call back, system had to reboot, no return call. 3/23/26, called for a status, was told I would receive a call back, I expressed my displeasure with their lack of customer service. I informed that I was patient, but this was ridiculous. I received a call back informing that they had been working on another vehicle (something dealing with insurance.) Basically, they have done anything with my vehicle, I said two weeks of lies and just getting the run around. They apologized and said a technician would check out the vehicle 3/30/26. Two weeks of dishonesty.
