On July 14, 2025, I took my car to Firestone because it was overheating. I was told by AARON, Service Advisor that they needed to remove /replace Cooling Fan Module and Radiator Fan, cost me $623.98. Unfortunately, A few days later I was experiencing the same problem, with my engine overheating. Now they are telling me that the reason it's overheating is because I need a work done on my clutch.(Gearshift Gromett remove/replace gearshift Selector 756 Shifter)I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. The service was not done correctly,

Claimed loss: I needed my car for work and I was misinformed and my car was misdiagnosed.

Desired outcome: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund in the amount of $623.08 returned to my credit card.I look forward to your reply and resolution to my issue.Best regard, Della Johnson- [protected], [protected]@gmail.com
