Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Fixing codes on dashboard to get our smog certificate

Took truck in for repair so I could pass smog on aug 8th, I believe. They said the code was removed. Within hours, the code came back on. We took it back again to remove code. It came back on again. We took it in 4 times in a row to fix. We spent over $2,500 total. They finally got it right the last time. Don't know why they couldn't have fixed the second, or third. We are elderly and really got tired and discussed with this store. Someone named Joey I believe called me back on my cell. Couldn't get his return number. I tried calling the number we "think" he left, but no return call yet. Someone need to call me at my home number. [protected]. This store needs HELP! Someone call me back.
