I have a Complaint about how I was treated on 3/20/26 for Work Order 222910; printed on 12/12/25 by Rafael & also the Mgr., Alex. I received a recommended service request with the above work order for front strut assembly leaking & alignment & requested their assessment verified again to show us where it was leaking, as a second opinion on 3/20/26 with Gerber Collision. However, the attitudes I received from Rafael & Alex were far from Professional! They claimed a FULL inspection was never performed, even though THEY wrote up the original order for front struts! They both argued with me to the point of refusing to look at my car & said they would call the Police if I did not leave! Very Rude & they should not be working in any capacity with any customers! My Insur Co., as well as, the Collision Repair Co are both aware of this & I need Lauren, the Manager to call me back assigned to my case!
