Firestone,
On 5 JAN 2026 I dropped my 2006 350Z off at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 2211 Apalachee PKWY, Tallahassee, FL due to an overheating issue. The repair was completed and returned to me on 5 JAN 2026. I had to return the vehicle that day because the vehicle continued to overheat. The vehicle was returned to me on 6 JAN 2026. The manager on duty that day said the overheating problem had been fixed; but the car eventually needed a water pump which required a labor intensive repair involving the timing belt and suggested that I go to a Nissan dealership. I drove the car and again it began to overheat. immediately. I then took the car to a reputable car repair shop here in Tallahassee where new parts and rework was performed on what was described to me as "SHODDY" Mechanical work. The overheating problem no longer persist after the repair performed at the different Tallahassee car repair shop. In total I spent $455.76 at Firestone Complete Auto Care, Apalachee PKY, Tallahassee, FL for a repair that was never done. The repair at the reputable car repair shop in Tallahassee was $1,023.00. I simply want financial consideration in the amount of $455.76 from Firestone Complete Auto Care, Apalachee PKY, Tallahassee, FL.
