Firestone Complete Auto Care review: quality of workmanship

Had a water pump replaced in 2012. Same pump needed replacement in May 2013. Engine overheated and head gasket failed August 2013. Firestone added 2.5 gallons of coolant and indicated the coolant fill cap may not have had a seal and evaporated the coolant. Firestone replaced this hose. Towed the truck to a rebuild shop. During engine rebuild by shop other than firestone, discovered residue indicating lose of coolant around the base of the water pump. One of the mountig bolts were broken ( I was never informed by firestone). Since water pump was new, it was not replaced during engine rebuild. After assempbly, discovered water pump leaking and cavitation outside the water pump casing showed indication of a previous leak. I suspect the quality of work and parts from Firestone contributed to the overheating of my motor costing me $2800.00 of unneccessary repairs.
