I am trying to apply for a credit line increase. Have been a customer since 2017. I tried online but there is no option for this. I used the chat option and was told need a rep. Chat AI sent me to a rep who said he can't help me, have to call. Gave me a direct # and I held 17 minutes only to get told has to transfer me. 7 transfers later and 1 hour and 7 minutes on hold still did not get transfer to the "right" person and then the 7th person hung up on me. In 9 years with 5/3 I have never had an issue and have never been treated so dis-respectfully. Not acceptable at all!
Desired outcome: Call from the correct department so that I may pursue the requested credit card increase
