There’s no direct way to contact Fido if you’re having a problem. You have to go on an electronic questionnaire and they will say they can’t talk to you right now and set an appointment for a couple of days from now and they’ll call you back. This is unacceptable when you’re having a problem with your phone. Also if they’re calling you back and your phone is not working they won’t be able to get a hold of you. I contacted the company that sold me the packages from Fido and they have no way of getting in touch to help me with my problems. Totally unacceptable.I don’t know whether the ROGERS group handle things the same way but FIDO is owned by ROGERS. I will not renew Fido or ROGERS when my contracts run out. This includes Internet and also cell Phones. I recommended to my daughter to buy Fido for two of my grandchildren, and these will be cancelled at the end of the contracts.
Recommendation: Don’t buy.
