My company sent me an international package from usa to India so that I can work remotely. It was an urgent delivery. I got request from fedex kyc to submit documents from [protected]@fedex.com. After submitting the documents they again asked me to submit more document because my package address to "care of" address, they asked me to submit a declaration letter from "care of" address. After a couple days I had to go through the same process with [protected]@cogenteservices.in. It almost took 2 weeks to clear my package from KYC fedex. Now after clearing kyc, again I got request for some more documents from vinay.kumar2.[protected]@fedex.com & [protected]@mail.fedex.com. After submitting documents again, they said it will take 5 more days to process and they will charge me with Demurrage charges. This is too much pain and I think its a harassment to a loyal customer. Please help regarding this matter.
