Fashion Nova delivery

My order #[protected] I ordered 7 items on May 12th for $198.34. On May 17th I received only 2 of the items I purchased. I've been emailing with Fashion Nova info and have been told I cannot received the rest of my purchase because it's against policy and would instead get an e-gift card to their store. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Not a gift card to repurchase! Why on this earth would I want to purchase again and risk the exact same thing happening again, which from the looks of it happens to people EVERYDAY! I really wish I would have looked into these reviews before purchasing with this scam of a company. Too bad they stuff is really cute because they're a horrible company to deal with.

Fashion Nova returns department

I returned items back in october 2017. I never received a refund, so I contacted fn. After speaking with like 3 different people, one finally verified and apologized that the returns dept never processed the return but they did track it. Then, they refunded me half of my return as if I was the one who sent it back late. No, they lost it, that's why it wasn't processed within 30 days. It's now may 2018 and I have yet to get back my full return. I can never speak to the same person. If I did, it would make everything easier and be solved. But instead, I have to reiterate and explain the situation to like 10 different people. Someone needs to reach out to me. I have another return that's been sitting here for mo this because i'm too scared to send it back and it get lost again. I need reassurance that this will not happen again!

Fashion Nova frauds - I need my money back

Fashion Nova is a scam.
Even all website with review functionality give us Consumer Alert! Saying that they are trying to artificially inflate the rating of their business (http://take.ms/ElRXb and http://take.ms/PQuZQ)!

They are thieves. They stole my money and do not want to send it back.
Here's a thing.
Ladies, if you are in the same situation as I am then start a fight.
- I purchased items and they were in stock.
- Payment (my money, real money, $) went successfully.
- I received confirmation that my parcel is on it's way.
But little did I know that after that I will receive notification saying "oops, you're items out of stock we will give you an e-giftcard".

Now, Fashion nova, I want to ask you:
1. Is it my problem that I paid and was notified that I won"t get my item due to you being out of stock when this item on your site is marked as available?
2. Why won't you send me this item once it is back since it's your fault?
3. Who told you that i'm your investor? Who allowed you to take my money without any permission?
4. When the f... Will I get full refund on my credit card back?

After tonns of attempts to talk with their customer service, they told me that they started money refund process (http://take.ms/hL5kF and http://take.ms/rr8ml), but in reality they did not do anything. How did I know that? I went to my Bank and provided all information I had about this situation, they said that they will take care of that. And they did. I got my refund after 5 weeks from the moment"Fashion nova is a scam"company told me so.

But you know what's funny?

Fashion Nova returned not all of my money back as a refund! And meanwhile they sent me a message saying that the proceeded all refund (http://take.ms/p3h2pI)! They even calculated the amount to be refunded! (http://take.ms/J4DyI). Instead of the overall sum they had to pay me they paid only $27.98! Where is my $5.59?
Scammers! Scammers! Scammers!

I need my money back.

I'm sick and tired of these frauds. We need to sue them. And institute class action on the grounds on illicit enrichment.
So everyone, who got suffered from Fashion Nova - send a message to my lawyer's email [protected]@gibsondunn.com along with description of what happened with a theme"Fashion Nova Class Action".

Fashion Nova took my money cancelled and cancelled my shipment

I paid for overnight shipping and they sent me a tracking number because they had shipped my stuff. Hours later, i got an email that they have cancelled my shipment: no reasons given and they charged me. I used to love them but they are trash and their customer services is unreliable, disgusting, and annoying because nobody picks up. They are more concerned about cardi b and other rich folks.

Fashion Nova reimbursement of undelivered order

I NEVER received my order. The order number is 7570434, it was meant to be shipped to South Africa. I have checked with the courier which you indicated would be shipping my order and they insist that the package had left for South Africa on 11 September 2017. I've also tried to check with my local post office for the package and there is no package there. I in addition checked the tracking number given and found out that the package was in LA in March 2018 & yet no one from FashionNova bothered to contact me & inform me of this. After various emails sent to [protected]@fashionnova.com an Eylin Rodriguez responded on 26 April 2018 stating that a refund would be sent to my account within 5-10 working days. I waited for that period and there was still no money in my account, I then sent ANOTHER email to the same [protected]@fashionnova.com indicating that my money STILL hadn't been reimbursed as promised, then a Gabriel Monja responded on 14 May stating that my refund is being processed. But the most bizarre thing is I still don't have my reimbursement, instead the very same Gabriel Monja has sent an email on 21 May 2018 saying that my query has been changed to get store credit. I DONT WANT ANY STORE CREDIT FROM FASHIONNIVA BECAUSE OF THE DISHONESTY DISPLAYED BY THE STORE, I DONT WANT TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON A DISHONEST COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY LOOKS TO SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. I SIMPLY WANT MY MONEY AND TO CUT ALL TIES WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Fashion Nova never received my credit

I returned my order, with tracking information. The post office has confirmation that someone received, the package and I still can't get my credit. I have sent emails and no one is getting back to me. I am definitely going to take some kind of action for this. I don't understand they are saying they never received it. The lady at the post office say they do this all the time so they don't have to give credits to the customer. She says they received hundreds of complaints from this company. I will NEVER order from them again after today.

Fashion Nova return department

I returned my package LAST MONTH back to fashion nova because the items didn't fit.
I was never refunded a e-card so I emailed them and I got an email back saying they received my e mail and that it takes up to 24 hours to get a response, so I waited. A week past by, I didn't get a response. So I sent out another e mail and got the same email... again no one contacted me! I keep sending out emails and I'm getting no response from anyone! One lady did say she received my package and it was being processed and that was it, never got an email back from her. I'm concerned because I spent over $300 on clothes and I'm being ignored as if no one in that department cares.

Fashion Nova my lost items

I ordered items during march and by now im supposed to receive my item but i got an email saying that the shipping company does not know where my items are, meanwhile its their responsibility to ensure that every customer gets their items and satisfaction they need. Uptill now, they keep sending automated messages and no reply from one of their customer services. I want my ordered items asap in Ghana!

Fashion Nova lost package

I order a dress for prom from fashion nova on May 6, 2018, I paided $6 for the domestic today shipping meaning it will be coming fast as possible... I've been contacting the Nova team by email 24/7 about my dress not having tracking updates... so finally on the 14th a team member emailed me back saying it take 5-7 day but remind you I've made the order on the 6th meaning it was supposed to been here by now so I contacted them again & they said UPS loss my package so it took them a long time for them to realize my package was lost so now I have no prom dress

Fashion Nova my order

I made a order on may the 8th 2018, I just recieve it may 15th. I only recieve two of my items im missing 6 items, they send me a black bodysuit that I did not order them it had a big hole in it. I have spent alot of money with fashion nova and for them to pull some [censored] like this its [censored]ed up. I have been calling no one never answers, I have send so many emails no one never replies. I need my [censored]ing money are my items that I'm missing! How the [censored] y'all try to get over someone!

Fashion Nova wrong order and customer service

BEWARE! I ordered over $100USD worth of products at the beginning of May and Fashion Nova sent me the completely wrong order. On the packaging, they had my address with someone else's name. On the packing slip, they had the same incorrect addresses name and address, so clearly they do not do final checks when preparing and sending out orders. I am going on vacation as well as celebrating a birthday at the end of the month and when they finally responded, they said that I had to return the items and they will send me an e-credit. I advised many times that I do not want a credit, I simply want my original order sent to me asap. I have yet to hear from them and I think its really sad that they do all of this promotion on social media especially with celebrities then turn around and have HORRIBLE customer service. This will be the last time I order from them.

Fashion Nova payment not received

I have been trying to contact through dms comments and even through mails to your fashionnova global customer care service and since have not recieved any response. My order status states that I was refunded but nowhere did i receive one single penny even through an e gift card form. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Help me resolve this matter and get my $165 back. I'm kicking myself for spending that much on my first order.

Fashion Nova regarding a refund fashion nova owes me

I ordered clothes from fashion nova on 3rd may 2018. After 5 days i got a mail from them saying that my order has been refunded. It has been 4 days since then and i am still waiting to get my money back . They issue e-gift cards as refund. Im fine with that too. The amount which i spent was 119.93 USD. I emailed them 3 times, and just got one machine automated response saying i will her from them soon. They have not replied since then. Pls help

Fashion Nova lack of an actual customer service & ship times are a crapshoot

I have had the displeasure of seeing their cute clothing online and chose to give them a shot,. Mind you celebrites even shop here (but I know they arent loosing their stuff and respond to their requests) however I had two orders lost from their shipping company on trac since april 2 and april 6th. Today is may 10 I am still awaiting them to refund my money (got a script email today saying allow them 30 more damn days-joke)

I also bought through paypal cuz something told me I will need buyer protection (had to open a case for the lost items) then I thought it isnt their fault try them again... They have & charge for 2 day shipping (never shipped out that quick) I spend too much money to be treated like my money doesnt matter to this company. Again you have nice stuff (when you can receive it & dont have an event you need it for) shop here if you value your money time and need your items within a timely manner I learned the hard way no longer shop here if you do go through paypay get your money back open enough cases on this company maybe they will get better

Fashion Nova unfulfilled items

I ordered 2 dresses April 24, 2018 it's May 8, 2018! No dresses ! No emails regarding why my stuff hadn't been fulfilled ! No way to get in contact with them ! Because they haven't responded to my emails ! Can't get thru on the automated service ! I want my stuff or my money back. I'm not on Twitter but I think I might need to join just to see if I get a response on there !

Fashion Nova returns

Oh my goodness guys, I ordered a bit more than a 100$ worth of jeans in two different orders on Fashion Nova and they were too small so I sent them back. I live in Australia so I payed 60$ for the shipping. They've emailed me a 41$ voucher and I'm like oh but where's the rest of my money for the other items and heures telling me they have no other items where all of my clothes were in the one and same parcel. Honestly, that's a shame, they are unprofessional and I kind of feel like they don't even try to help you, sounds like they don't even give a [censored] cuz they have my money anyways. They're asking for my tracking number but I've lost the postage receipt and I'm telling them to use the same informations they have for the jeans they've refunded me because they all were in the same damn parcel and they don't want to. I'm a lifestyle blogger and youtuber so I'm use to dealing with online stores but ... Honestly, Fashion Nova has the worst worst client service of all the online stores I know.

Fashion Nova jeans order

Ordered a pair of jeans because they had free Saturday delivery. Didn't get order on Saturday. Got an email on Tuesday saying shipment was delayed and that I could cancel for a refund or store credit. I chose refund. Didn't hear anything else. Received order on Thursday. Can't speak to a human and get a "form" response from Customer service. I shouldn't have to pay to return an order they said I could cancel because they didn't ship on time. I want a refund.

I recently had the same problem with their website. I ordered two separate orders from Fashion Nova on April 26th and April 28th. I received my order from April 28th with no problem, but then I was notified that there was a delivery exception for the one on April 26th. My package was delayed and I had no update on where my package was. Neither Fashion Nova nor USPS knew where my package was. Apparently, that package came the same day as my other order. Even after getting my package, USPS called to tell me that my package could not be track and was lost in the mail. I ordered another package on May 5th and they haven't provided a tracking number yet.

Fashion Nova order never received

I ordered from fashion nova and when I track my order it says it has departed Johannesburg and this was on the 22nd of April. It has been over 10 working days as I placed the order on the 17th. when will I recieve my order or can i simply get a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous.

i have placed an order on February 26, 2018 and its now May and i have been asking over and over about the order, have emailed on numerous occasions and fashion nova has no idea where the order is. Customer service reps have told me that the order was fulfilled and mailed but can't find it in the system but my status is saying unfulfilled you keep telling me i can't get a refund so what exactly can i do about my order. Im tired of emailing u now order#[protected]

Fashion Nova charge my card had a gift card because they dont give refund used it said I had 94.00dollars I owed $1.95

paid with my gift card had 94 dollars bought clothes and came up to 95.54 asked to pay the 1.54 on my debit card I did see my bank statement and was charged 95.94 emailed them about the charge no one has return my email left 3 called customer service still on hold there return policy sucked I spent 200 dollars last time all the clothes did not fit send half back and gave me a credit finally used it and they charge me double never again company sucks customer service sucks company that advertise all these famous people and have a [censored] rating they must not be making a lot as well if you cant keep your customers happy and have the right customer care to resolve the issues and wait for a hour to get someone on the phone

Fashion Nova butt lifting jeans dark blue#[protected]

On April 17, 2018 I place an order for a pair of jeans with a discount code on 599 off my purchase total was $20 even with shipping I was ecstatic and I apply for the two day shipping today is May 1 I have yet to receive that package the customer service is terrible you can't reach anyone always goes to voicemail there's never a live person available what the hell even with the online customer service there's always an automated response never a real person
