I messaged 'em on May 13 'cause I hadn't heard anything 'bout shippin', and they said the item was pulled and would be delivered in 1-2 days. But now it's today, and I still ain't got no shippin' info. I done sent 'em 5 messages through email and Instagram, but they ain't responded. I want my item or my money back right away.

I emailed *** as suggested. However, the person replying to the email is not very responsive. Once they found out that I bought the ring at the *** store, they simply told me to return it to the store without providing any other information. When I asked them for details about which store and how to make the return, they stopped responding completely.
