This box is a bit of a mixed bag. I was really hyped up about it and got my hands on the February, March, and April boxes, but I'm still waiting for my May box. I've sent them a bunch of emails, like almost 10, and they keep telling me to wait until a certain date and then they'll send me a new one. But even after that date has passed, they're still telling me to wait. It's really frustrating because I paid for all 6 boxes up front and I was really looking forward to them.

They basically told me it was my fault and that I would have to pay for another box if I wanted it. Um, excuse me? I'm already paying for this subscription and now you want me to pay for it twice? No thanks.

So, I decided to cancel my subscription. But even that was a hassle. They sent me a cancellation link that didn't even work and it took them days to respond to each email. And to top it off, the same customer service rep asked me the same questions every time they emailed me. Talk about frustrating.

Honestly, save your money and treat yourself to a nice manicure every month instead. It's a much better investment than this subscription box.
