I placed an order on Friday 11/26/21 and my order was supposed to come on Sunday which is December 5 but why haven't l received it l understand that your shipment policy is 10-13 days and it already 13 days but you guys alway have to understand your customers too can y'all please get back to me as soon as possible thank you .I really hope you can see through this problem as soon as possible and this was also my first time ordering on y'all app

I have been waiting for an order I made on 11/20/2021, and have not received it as of yet

I sent an email and a rep stated my package got lost. This was one Tuesday 12/07/2021.

He offered an e-gift card and stated I would get it within 24 to 48 hours in an email. It's been pass the 48 hours and I have not received anything yet.

Now no one is responding to my emails regarding my e-gift card.

I will never order again from you guys.

I purchased a pair of chain denim jeans on Sunday 12/5/21 via online with Fashion Nova and to no avail, I never received an e-mail confirmation # and do not know when to expect my merchandise. I've been charged by my bank! Moving forward, I am expecting my merchandise as soon as possible and I have also tried to contact [protected]@fashionnova.com to receive an unexplained explanation to why I have not received an e-mail confirmation #, Lastly, no answer the telephone for any of the contact methods that are online. This is not how to conduct business and I am unhappy! I am beginning to regret my purchase.

I ordered a dress for Christmas weeks ago and still haven't received it and when i track the shipping, it seems it hasn't even moved and is still in first stage..it's really upsetting…also tried to contact customer service through the links provided in the email and that doesn't even work

I returned my order received a return received confirmation email stating they would send a eGift card within 72 hours but it never came. I started posting what happened on fashion Nova's page on Facebook and the BBB then I received a email stating the eGift card was ready I used the eGift card last night. This morning I go on my account, no order!

I place an order last month for a gift. My package was suppose to be delivered on the 19 of last month. I never received my package. I don't have any updates on my package. That's just to much money just to loose. I always have a problem with my package when y'all use Fed X. I don't have no use for the package now. I would like a full refund. Not a gift card. Placed an order with Fashion Nova on November 27, 2021. Tried to track my order or to see if my order was placed and I cannot get any information on the order#[protected] in the amount of 209.25. The order was placed thru afterpay in which they will take my money regardless if I receive the order or not. The help center does not cover an order that is not even showing in their system. I ordered items on 11-2021 totaling 232.00 was told that my tracking number was [protected]. I utilized the tracking services and saw that my package was being shipped by Lasership services. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 11-28-2021. It is now 12-06-2021 and I have not received my package. I visited the Lashersip website and they have no record of having my package. They give me a package tracking number that's invalid. Fashion Nova help center does not work nor do they have a phone number to call. I have tried their help center site several times and I am unable to move beyond my email address and tracking number. I am sadden that I used this company during the holidays.

My order number is [protected] and it was delivered today Dec 6th 2021. I ordered 5 items but only 4/5 arrived. There was no receipt in my package, and no notice of where the fifth item was. I never received an email saying that the last item was on the way. I am unable to reach ANYONE for help and am very frustrated with the feeling that I will not be getting a response from FashionNova. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will take whatever measures I need to take to get some kind of help. It's not even about the missing item at this point but the fact that they think they can take my hard earned money with no explanation.

I placed an order from Fashion Nova on November 30, 2021 and I made sure there were even extra funds so there would be no issue regarding purchase. I got one burgundy strappy heels, these nude and clear pumps and the cutes huddie dress and some bike shorts nothing fancy right. Due to all the black Friday madness, I waited until after and was happy with my purchase only to see a message in my email stating the order was canceled. So I called my bank and asked if they held the funds and they said they saw the charges and they sent the money over and they aren't seeing any returns or cancellations in the transactions. I tried to get in contact with fashion nova but I swear pulling out my own teeth would be easier. The transaction is has been on my card statement, no sign of it being returned and I'm not getting the items I wanted, this makes me sick and this is fraudulent and I just wanted what I ordered. Additionally, if I cant get my order for some reason (hence your businesses canceling the order) then why were the funds taken ?... Please return my money.

I placed a order in November of $36.79 for 3 body suits that were on sale for &9.99 Ihave not received this order or any refund or information as to what happened to the order or my refund Ihave been trying to resolve this problem since. 1week after I did not receive a notification that the order was received I haven't yet been able to get help for this matter .I been sent emails asking my opinion of the purchase and I always state I have not received it yet

I order every month 2 or 3 times from fashion nova. Last time I chose as method of shipping no rush by mistake while i should chose standard as usual but it's a new features created by fashion nova. I contacted then and sent many emails, their reply was automated that they can't help. Till now (more than 8 days) the package is still not shipped and no one reply or answer.

I paid for my merchandise including express shipping on Black Friday. I was supposed to receive my order on December 3rd but I don't have my order yet. I checked my email to see if I got any messages from fashionova, which I did, but it says that it was cancelled by sender. They aren't answering my emails and their customer service number says unreachable server.

I received a gift card instead of my money back but when I made a purchase it didn't give me my order number or anything that the order went through but still took my money out of the gift card

I received a gift card code for an item I returned. The gift card discount code ends in *HBH9* for $22.30. As I'm entering the entire code to make a purchase It keeps saying the discount code isn't valid. I checked the balance and it confirms the balance amount. No contact form on website, none of the links offered any real assistance. need them to rectify ASAP ! Fashion NOVA you are too big of a operation to not have a small call center / and or dedicated customer service team to effectively assist the millions you serve. If someone would like to email me back at [protected]@gmail.com I'd be more than happy to submit proof that the code isn't working.
