My issue is with Fashion Nova's Return Portal. I am receiving an error message when attempting to process my return. I reached out to customer support and have exhausted all recommended steps to try to resolve the issue to no avail. I have done the following:

1. Utilize a different device
2. Utilize a different Web Browser
3. Clear Cache and Cookies

Last approach recommended was to send separately through a carrier of my choice. I went to the Post Office to price the return and it is approximately $100 to ship. Fashion Nova offers a pre-paid shipping label option for $7.99. Since I am receiving an error from their portal, this option is not available to me.

I refuse to pay such an obnoxious amount for return shipping when I am entitled to their pre-paid shipping label.

I have asked them to send me a courtesy label since their portal is not working. I have also asked for them to send me the label and then charge the shipping fee to my refund amount. They continue to send me the same instructions for accessing the portal, which isn't working so it has been extremely frustrating.

There is no phone number to call to talk to a live agent. I have been unable to escalate my concerns.

I received my order and they sent the wrong pants. Sent customer service the photos of the pants I received vs the pants I ordered in my order confirmation email WHICH ARE VERY OBVIOUSLY NOT THE SAME PANTS. Do you see rips and distressing on the pants in my order confirmation? NO! The pants I ordered are solid black. Totally different item from the faded gray jeans with rips I received. Looks like at the time your website was posting pictures of the wrong item. Please send me a prepaid shipping label so I can return the wrong item received. I am not paying to send it back as this was an error on Fashion Novas part.

I made a purchase November 30, 2021 for $173.54. Two days ago which would be December 15th2021, I received an email saying my order was delivered to my address and it was false ! I've contacted fashionnova every day since then and all I get is that it's not their fault I didn't receive what I paid and ordered for. This was everyone's Christmas gift and now I don't have money or able to get a refund to the original payment method, and my household won't have Christmas . I am furious !

The package is coming through OnTrac. I've contacted them twice and confirmed that the package is in Boise but I'm not able to get a hold of them or pick up my package. I have ordered from you before and my package got lost and I never received a refund either so I would like it if this gets taken care of and I'm able to receive my package!

I ordered both of these items in a size 9, and I found they were too tight. I created the return label October 25th, and from the chain of emails I have, but these items were returned to your HQ on November 12th. It is now December 15, and I still have not received my E- gift card for $65.98. The order # for reference is #[protected]. I never even received the confirmation email stating it arrived to the headquarters, I only knew about it because I checked the email that I first received Oct. 25th

I placed my order back in September. 1.5 months later i didn't receive my order. After getting in touch with Fashionnova, they told me that the carrier lost my package in transit. They told me I'd get my money back. They told me they processed my refund on 18.11.21, i waited long enough and they decided to contact them again, they told me that the first refund they did failed, and they processed another refund, which i was supposed to get "shortly". I still didn't get my money back. I don't want this dishonest business to take advantage of people and steal their money

On 12/13/2021 I received notification my package had arrived to my front door. I immediately went out to pickup and no package was found anywhere. I checked with my neighbors and no luck. I immediately tried to contact Fed Ex and Fashion nova but no luck. I also payed extra for a faster delivery. The package was for a birthday gift. I haven't heard from you other than an email to wait 48 hrs. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 yrs and I would like this issue to get resolved. I also wish to cancel my order. I placed an order on November 25th and received an email on November 28th, informing me my order had shipped via Lasership. There has been no additional tracking information since December 2nd and I ordered these items for Xmas. It is now December 14th and there has been no additional communication. You have turned off all means of contacting you which is extremely unprofessional given you are taking everyone's money. I want a refund or my merchandise and I will never order from you again. Fashion Nova is lying about the company they have for shipping they are not shipping no one items with UDS..UDS said they are receiving several calls from Fashion Nova customers asking about they packages..Fashion Nova does not have a contract for delivery service for UDS..I will not order from them again!My order number #[protected]

Fashion nova, I have contacted help in the website. I ak not sure if it even sent. Charged my order twice and I need this to be fixed asap, I don't want credit because this is not my fault that you guys charged my order again I need it to be fixed and give my money back. I ordered a couple things 2 weeks ago and I've yet to receive a tracking number. I could pull up the order number but It just keep saying "Ready to be ship". I tried to call customer service but it doesn't work. I couldn't find a email to contact. If anyone can help me please do, it was birthday presents for my wife. The order was $160. I just don't want to throw that away.

I 'am trying to locate my package from fashion nova, I have not received it. I made a purchase on 12/03/21 for $67.06 fashion nova has debited my account but has not shipped my order. I deleted my confirmation number in error so the help center is useless without it they can't help you. This is the first time I've experienced a problem like this with fashion nova. I made a purchase online with fashion nova on 12/03/21 I received confirmation when I first made the purchase I have not received tracking information. I have deleted my confirmation number by mistake the help center is not hopeful at all if you don't have your confirmation number they cannot look up the order. You should have another way to look up orders if you don't have your confirmation number. This is the first time that I have a problem that I did not receive tracking or my shipment order.

I 'am very disappointed with fashion nova more than a week trying to get help to find my order. I ordered a package on November 26th and the delivery date keeps changing. For example, for the past week the package's estimated delivery date was December 13th, and now the estimated delivery date is December 14th… my building won't accept packages after December 20th. And if my package gets delivered on the 20th or after I won't be able to get it so I would demand a refund from Fashion Nova unless it delivers before. This is crazy.

Can't contact fashion nova or shipping people

Hello. My name is December Brown. I am contacting you, because I believe the shipping carrier that fashion nova sent my package in, stole my product. & I understand the holiday problem, with packages being delayed but that is not my issue & the customer service people who respond to my issues are not giving me the answer I need. I placed my order on November 20th, and my original shipping date said I would receive my order on November 25th. Now I knew that was a long shot, being November 25th was Thanksgiving. But then I figured, okay it will be here in a few days. So lasership (the company that has my package) updated the app 2 times, (after contacting them) to say my package arrived at their facility. Mind you my package arrived at their facility on November 26th, so them posting two new updates that say my package arrived at a facility that was already there, tells me there is some kind of miscommunication, and/or error that should have been resolved because I have been contacting both lasership and fashion nova about this issue, more than 3 times for both I can say. Lasership more than that. Everytime I contact one company, they tell me they cannot do anything and to contact the other. That has go to be illegal. My FIRST ever experience ordering through fashion nova and right now, I am 100% sure I will never be ordering with this company again. Please respond to this email at the earliest convenience possible. I just want my outfits or my money back. I don't want to cause any issues. I just want to fix this. I ordered clothes on October 11 and on October 15 it said that my order was in transit. I have not received any updates on my order since October 15 and it is now over 2 months since I had ordered my clothes and they have still not come! This is unacceptable! I have also emailed and tried to contact someone to help me multiple times and have not gotten any response. Not to mention that my friend ordered clothes about a two weeks ago and hers came in today. So where are mine?!

Terrible there is no number for customers to call or a way to email, bad enough you can't get your money back, plus when they damage items, and they use a company called LSO which is terrible and looses packages, awful I will not order anymore Unacceptable to know have customer support for a business of any sort, I see so many complaints bet bbb has a lot

I sent back a return of items totaling $93.06 and still have yet to receive a gift card code for my return days after they emailed me saying I would receive it in 72hrs. I've reached out to them TWICE and still no reply. This is not the first nor the second encounter I've had dealing with Fashion Nova's lack of acknowledging their lack of communication with unsatisfied customers. At this point I may just start shopping with another brand. Fashion Nova has HORRIBLE custom service!

I placed an order on November 30, 2021.. Fashion Nova so quick to take their money from my account but never provides me with a confirmation all it says was Thank you got your order.. I ordered in enough time to have my order in time here it is 10 days later no tracking update or nothing. I do not recommend ordering anything for the holidays cause it will not make it in time.. I highly recommend taking other options on finding what you are looking for..

On October 5th, 2021 I placed an order for 5 items, and I received an email stating the order has been shipped on October 7th, 2021. However, I have yet to receive the order. I have gone through the website contact information, and I have gone in circles trying to find someone to look into where my order is. Every time I go through the order tracking information, it says "in transit.
