I paid for my merchandise including express shipping on Black Friday. I was supposed to receive my order on December 3rd but I don't have my order yet. I checked my email to see if I got any messages from fashionova, which I did, but it says that it was cancelled by sender. They aren't answering my emails and their customer service number says unreachable server.

I made an order with fashionnova and entered the wrong shipping address. Please I want my order to be held at delivery for me to pickup. My order number 85038997. Tracking number 61290275210822997252. My address is 7419 Parrish Avenue Northeast otsego MN, 55330. Thank you.

I received a gift card instead of my money back but when I made a purchase it didn't give me my order number or anything that the order went through but still took my money out of the gift card

I received a gift card code for an item I returned. The gift card discount code ends in *HBH9* for $22.30. As I'm entering the entire code to make a purchase It keeps saying the discount code isn't valid. I checked the balance and it confirms the balance amount. No contact form on website, none of the links offered any real assistance. need them to rectify ASAP ! Fashion NOVA you are too big of a operation to not have a small call center / and or dedicated customer service team to effectively assist the millions you serve. If someone would like to email me back at [protected]@gmail.com I'd be more than happy to submit proof that the code isn't working.

My order number is [protected], I chose no rush shipping but still don't see the package tracking number I ordered it November 26th.

Will not be ordering again, bizarre not have customer service or email support, my order still hasn't come, took my money but can't teach anyone, have been tines where I've been Sent clothes with holes it, will not order again

I used the coupon code free yesterday for the buy one get one free promo and it stated the discount would reflect when I check out. My total should have been $100.70 and fashion nova charged me double! $201.40. I have reached out to them 4 times and they are not getting back with me. I don't want a credit, I want my money back for what I was overcharged!

I placed a 56.98$ order on november 18th it's about to be a month and i still never received it, i have the shop app and all it says is that it's in transit. All I ordered was a zip up, Pjs, and ripped jeans. I went on fashion nova online, put my tracking number in and it says "TBD" i'm not sure what that means but it's said that for a while now.

I ordered a dress from you and received it with a stain. I filed the report and have waited over a week and I still haven't gotten any information back. I filed within the 7 days like needed. My order number is [protected]. This is getting a little ridiculous. I ended up filing another report on it to see if maybe that would get y'all's attentions but it obviously did not. I order from you all the time but I will not be doing so anymore if I do not get this issue resolved. I want my money back since I'm never going to be able to wear the dress. The stain is huge and right on the front stomach area.

Good evening, my name is Susan Smith. I made a purchase on November 6th, order number [protected], and I still haven't received my package. Estimated arrival was November 11th, and now almost a month later, I still haven't heard anything, no updates, nothing. I'm very frustrated at this point. I haven't been able to speak to anyone. When I call, it keeps redirecting me to use the website to track package. I need to speak with someone about this issue, because I need my package.  Thank you. 

I placed mi order November 30 2021 I never notice I had the same heels in my cart twice I hate the fact you can't get in touch with these people for your own items I didn't even want mi money bck or a credit I just want them to send me two diffent colors instead of the same color ..it's that's them days if not weeks to respond to one simple message

On Nov. 24 I ordered two coats as a birthday present the tracking [protected] told me it would be Dec. 3 the price for both was over 75 so shipping was free. It is now December 2 and my package hasnt even left the facility. You cant get anyone on the telephone nor can I start a return or cancel package on the website at all. I'm angry and very upset because now you have money I saved for a birthday gift to someone and I cant get anyone to give my money back nor do I have the items.

I placed my order on November 16th, of 2021.
It was moving up until November 22nd, and said it had shipped out.
It's last movement was November 22nd, in Chatacoothe, TN.
All my packages before that were delivered on time and to my door. This one has an ETA, and moved back to TBD. I would just like to know where my package is at, and if I will get it anytime soon. It has been well over the week wait period, as it is now December 1st. I understand the delays, but it should not be stuck in Tennessee for 7 days. Holidays are an excuse I understand but the holidays are over now, and Christmas is coming.
I have gifts in these packages and would really like them delivered, or a refund for my purchase.
I attached the "latest scan" for the purchase, and where it was last scanned, and you can see it hasn't moved. Please get back to me whenever you can, I love fashionnova and it's quality, snd I don't want to have to take my business elsewhere because of unreliable delievery services. Thank you.

I am complaining about a dress that I returned because it was too long and it had a small hole in it. I was charged $58.83 on my credit card and I returned it on 11/12/21 and I haven't gotten credit. When tracking my return the status has been the same for days. I can't speak to customer service since phone number doesn't exist. This was a first experience with fashion nova I will not purchase from here anymore. Poor customer service! My order# [protected], tracking # 920239010078500001016033951. I am looking customer satisfaction other wise I will file the complaint with Better Business bureau.

I bought items November 28 that were 275.92 all together and another order on November 29 that was 82.54 when I looked at my account on November 29 it charged me 358.11 and I was like they added the charges together but as I look again at my card again it charged me another 108 on November 30 when I already paid for everything. I need my money back

I ordered on 11/23/2021 and my order has yet to be shipped out. Fashion Nova says they shipped it but my carrier(FedEx) says they have not received any package for me. When I asked for a refund Fashion Nova decided to stop responding to me. I really needed my package. My total came out to $244 and I don't have that to just waist. I will never be buying from them again.

I ordered a few different pieces of clothing from Fashion Nova. Out of the items that I ordered, two of them came defective. A pair of pants was ripped from the seam from the bottom up and a sweater had a very large snag in it. I went through the return process on the website and sent in pictures of the damaged items and it has been over two weeks with no response from Fashion Nova. I need a return and refund ASAP. They are the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with it I will never buy clothing from them ever again.

I purchased items which I had to return..they have accepted the return three weeks ago and supposedly have emailed me a e gift card two weeks ago...they never emailed me confirmation they received return and emailing e gift card and I had to track down my package to verify they received it and messaged customer service about the refund. I have yet to receive the gift card and they claim they have emailed that to me approx four times now asking me to check my spam or use different device. I have used every device I own and nothing...its ridiculous that i receive their stupid "I'm sorry your dissapointed" emails but not the one with the refund gift card. Seems ridiculous to try to scam me out of less than $60!

I purchased items on November 6th and I still haven't received my order. No one's reached out to me about a delay or anything. I'm just here waiting for now 3 weeks, for an order that should have been delivered within a week. Very disappointed in fashionova, I have been shopping with them for awhile and never experienced poor customer service like this. I called the number, the automated response is to use the website. When you go on the website there's no help in resolving this issue. We need real life customer support personnel to deal with certain issues. Please send me my package.

I placed an Order #[protected] since October 28 last time I tracked my item it showed item has already arrived Nigeria and customs clearance was done . Today is November over a month I have not received my package and this is getting me really upset because the standard shipping frame was 5-10 business days .i need my parcel delivered please !i need it for my birthday photoshoot and it's past the date already !
