about their terrible service. I ordered a jacket from Allsaints and it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it was the wrong size and color. I tried to contact customer service but they were no help at all. They kept transferring me to different departments and I had to explain my issue over and over again. It was so frustrating! Eventually, they told me that I had to pay for the return shipping myself, even though it was their mistake. I ended up just keeping the jacket because it wasn't worth the hassle. I would not recommend Allsaints to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers and their products are not worth the trouble.
