Me and my boyfriend went to All Saints Regent Street today to buy a gorgeous dress. We were helped by a lady named Davina at the checkout. She asked us if we wanted a small bag for our "very expensive dress". We were a bit confused by her request, so we didn't respond. But then, Davina proceeded to shove the dress into a tiny bag that clearly didn't fit. She seemed to think it was okay for a dress that cost ?250 to be carried in such a manner.

I had to tell Davina that the bag was not suitable for my expensive dress. I was really unhappy with the service we received and the whole experience left me feeling disappointed. It's a shame because I was really excited to buy the dress, but the poor service ruined the whole thing for me.
