US no problems
I have ordered several items. You have to read the order size chart and they even say what size the model has on with Height and weight included, then convert to US or your region. I wear a size 11US=44EU=10UK. XL in most UK is 42-44 chest. I have not had any problems. Maybe it's best to try on sneakers, or clothiers in store before you purchase. I would say when I order I usually get within two days from when it ships via Fedex.
Nil issues
I ordered women's Birkenstocks online. I had misgivings due to all the terrible reviews on here. However I emailed customer service prior to ordering to check they had my size and got a response within 12 hours. I then ordered the shoes and they were dispatched to Australia within 1 day. Delivery was delayed as they got stuck in Singapore for a few days, but I got FedEx updates regularly and could see where they were, and this was not End's issue. Shoes arrived and were exactly as shown on the website, and as ordered. Very happy customer.
Great Purchasing Experience
I feel for the bad review writers but I had a really good first experience. I live in Alberta, Canada, I ordered some Nike shoes Jul. 9 in the morning. I received my order (as stated in shopping cart) Jul. 12 early afternoon. The shoes were exactly as advertised, proper size and in authentic Nike packaging. The price of shoes were comparable to Canada pricing. I paid $15.00 CAD shipping (standard) and another $17.00 CAD for import fees. I couldn't find the triple wolf gray Air Max 90s anywhere so the $30 extra was worth it! I'd use this site again.
Fast shipping and decent price
After reading so many bad reviews I was scared my order would go wrong one way or the other, but it's so much smoother than I anticipated. They are the only website has a variety of choices and my size for a brand I like based in UK. The shipping is super fast. I placed my order on May 19th and it was delivered May 24th, even faster than the excepted delivery. Considering it's shipped from UK and Im in Canada that's pretty impressive.
The only downside is the hideous custom duty. I was charged about 1/3 of the total price. I guess it is on Canada's side not really on End's. Considering many of them were on sale and there is no where else I can got them I'd prob still call it a win.
Not a single detail missed by ALD/Timberland!
Woke up to an outstanding email from End Clothing notifying me that I won again. The 3-eyed, handsewn lugs from Aime Leon Dore & Timberland arrived lightning quick as usual. There was not a dent or scratch to be found on the double-boxed packaging and once I opened it, there was an Easter egg I did not anticipate! Laying atop the double paneled, sliding box from Timberland were dustbags for storage once you unbox them! The leather & suede used is second to none, the quality can be seen from afar and these boots are not missing a single detail! From outsole to laces, they spared no expense quality wise to comprise this boot. If you can find your size, I'd strongly recommend in investing in a boot that will give you years of enjoyment while turning heads along the way!
Hard to find Adidas shoes
I didn't read any reviews before ordering and since they are all pretty bad I figured I'd leave one for my positive experience. I ordered a pair of Adidas Hamburg's which I had been looking for for years and any that I could find were around $400. I found this site and was shocked that they even had them let alone for $90! I knew they were being shipped from Europe (I'm in the US) so I expected them to take awhile but they came really quickly IMO, I ordered them 3/23 and they arrived 3/31. They were exactly the shoes I ordered and they fit perfectly. I was nervous about ordering European sizes but after looking at a pair of Adidas I already have, I just looked at the tag since they usually have the US and EU sizes (which mine did). Either way, I didn't need to deal with customer service because the shoes came quickly and fit so I can't speak to that, which seems to be everyone's main gripe, but I can say my order was exactly as expected and I loveeeeee my new shoes!

Disappointing Experience with END. Clothing: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I used to be a regular customer of END. (endclothing.com), but I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon. It's really important to me that a company takes responsibility when things go wrong with an order, and unfortunately, that's not what happened with my recent purchase.
I placed my order on December 21st, and the website clearly stated that shipping would take 2-3 days. I was buying two items as gifts for my brother and dad, who were visiting me from another country. I was really excited to give them their presents when they arrived, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.
I didn't receive my items until December 31st - a full 11 days after I placed my order. I was really disappointed that it took so long, especially since I had paid for priority shipping. By the time the items arrived, my brother had already left to go back home, so I wasn't able to give him his gift in person.
I decided to email END. and ask if they could cover the cost of my return shipping, since I felt like they had let me down by not delivering my items on time. I was really hoping that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make things right, but unfortunately, that didn't happen either.
In the end, I had to pay extra money to ship the items back to END. myself. I was really disappointed with the whole experience, and I wouldn't recommend END. to anyone else. There are plenty of other boutiques out there that sell the same stuff with much better service, so I would encourage you to shop elsewhere.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with END: Parcel Delivered to Wrong Address, No Refund or Redelivery Offered
I recently made a purchase of ?722 at END, and I must say that I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. My parcel was delivered to someone else, and I have no idea where it is. END claims that my parcel was delivered, but none of my neighbors have it. I have been trying to get a refund or a redelivery, but END said that they would investigate with DPD, which takes up to 7 days. After waiting for 7 hours, I received an email from END, saying that they had investigated and that the GPS says it was delivered, so that's the only evidence they need. I was left with an email saying that if I have a problem, I should contact the local authorities and that there is nothing they can do. I feel like it's my fault for not being home at the time of delivery, and I am now ?722 down. I will be disputing this with my bank, and I will never use END again. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

So, I was on the hunt for some comfy slide-on shoes without a back, you know, for those days when you just want to slip something on and go. I stumbled upon END. and thought I hit the jackpot. Terrible Online Store: Wrong Sizing Information and Poor Customer Service
This online store is not good at all. It's the worst one I've ever seen. I was looking for a pair of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage boots and I checked the size chart on the website. It said that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. But when I talked to the chat operator, Briege, she told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. I was confused, but I trusted her and ordered the boots. When they arrived, they were too big! The insole measurement was 25.5 cm! I was very disappointed and I wrote a complaint to the chat on Saturday, February 20. Briege promised me that the sizing team would check the size on Monday, February 22. But they didn't give me an answer for a whole week! I had to write to them several times to get a response. Finally, they told me that they didn't see any error. I was very frustrated because I had evidence that they were wrong. I sent them a photo of the insole measurement and a screenshot of the chat message where Briege gave me the wrong information. But they didn't care about my evidence! I had to return the boots and it cost me 2340 rubles! I demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return. My order number is #***4025.

I recently made a purchase from END. for my daughter's Christmas gift - a pair of trainers. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find out that the size 7 trainers were way too big for her. I recently placed an order on END. (endclothing.com) on the 11th of August, with the expectation of receiving my items within 2-3 days through DPD shipping. However, it has now been 13 days and my order is still stuck in "processing". I have made several calls to their customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received any helpful updates. I was promised an email update, but I never received it. Instead, I received a generic email that was exactly the same as the one I received a week earlier. I asked to escalate my complaint, but was told to send an email and mark it "FAO management". I did so, but only received an automated response saying that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. However, this deadline has come and gone, and I still have not received a reply.
I understand that END. has been undergoing some internal maintenance, but this was not made clear when I placed my order. This has been a dreadful experience, and it is a perfect example of how not to do business. As of today, the 25th of August, I received the same exact generic email that I have been sent twice before in response to my complaint.
To make matters worse, I was told that they have no guaranteed date they could give me to tell me when they would ship my parcel. I asked for a refund, but was told that they couldn't because the system had locked the order. This is unacceptable, and I have had to raise a case in PayPal to get my money back.
In conclusion, I would advise all potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with END. (endclothing.com). My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
