I am trying to return an item I found on Facebook. Unfortunately, there is no information when I received the package and have no way of knowing the company. How can I find out the company that sold me this on Facebook?

It was not as advertised and one was broken.

The return address is shipping dept. 5215 South Boyle Ave Building 2 Vernon CA 90058 and whoever sold it went by daunsoclucpp1

I just had someone block me from FB. I am not sure what I did or why he did it instead of talking to me. If FB thinks this is a good use of your platform, you need to think it over again. It was mean spiteful behavior that I am not going to forget. I use FB to give attention to animals, who are lost, abused or need help. It is my birthday month and I know cannot raise money on my birthday. I do not know why it was done instead of talking to me. But I do think allowing people to use FB to punish people is a real abuse of your platform.

I have been trying for weeks to tell my story and get help. However, I get no response back. Infact they are treating me like I am the bad one. I am J. I was hacked and scammed on Dec. 27, 2021. I had a friend she worked for It works I had ordered stuff from her before. She had a post-up that was asking what number is showing. If you guess this number my company will give you 2300. I had been friends with her for a couple years on Facebook, so I guessed and so did others. Then she messaged me on fb through messenger and kept messaging me saying this is legit and a true blessing. I asked her lots of questions. Is this legit? How can anyone give money away? She said I work for a great company. They just like blessing others. Then there is a processing fee. It is $50.00. I left it alone for a couple days. They kept bothering and telling me that this is a blessing. I asked more questions and believed it was Jennifer I was talking to. She was very convincing. They even tried to facetime me a few times. The first few times I ignored it. Then when I answered they were not there. I chalked it up to being a bad service area where I live is not the best. Then she sent an actual video message with her talking to me in person at a desk on what to do next. They first asked for my e-mail and I gave it to them. Then asked for my money card and said they couldn't use that. Like I said I had bought stuff from her in the past for itworks. So, I did not think about it. They said we need a copy of your driver's license front and back. I again asked lots of questions but did it. Then they said that they needed a google play card in 50.00 I said no you are just hackers. They said no we are a legit company. I asked what company said SPA. We are here to give you a blessing. I needed a blessing because my husband has been sick. I was hoping this would be the way to get the help he needs financially. I argued about the google card but did it. (I still have the card and a copy of the receipt that I also reported to Google). They also asked me to take a pic with my card in my hand, a pic of myself, and a pic with just my card. My stomach knew this was wrong, yet I just prayed it was going to be true. Then they asked me to give them the code for my Facebook account. I said we are not supposed to give out passwords and they said our company has to have this in order to make this transaction. Again, I argued and then again, she made it sound safe, and it was a blessing. Then I received another video message from her. I do have some snapshots of some of these things in my gallery if you need them. Then another video message telling me to let people know that this is legit, and I needed to make one so people would know this is legit. So, I did it and now they are using that to try and scam others. Then sent another video message of her telling me that one more video needs to be done. One that says that This is a great company and you get your money in 5 to 6 mins. The entire time doing it I felt sick. I was in the bathroom doing this so my husband would not know. I walked out and told him I think I just did something really bad. Then minutes later my phone flashed. I also realized that it was not Jennifer that she had been hacked and they had taken over her identity. I looked at my Facebook and I was locked out of it everything had been changed my email, phone number, password. I noticed right away that they had changed my background picture to my son and me. My profile picture was changed to my daughter and granddaughter. I immediately started crying and we called the bank and let them know I had been hacked and scammed. I called all my credit cards. I did not realize at that moment how bad things really were. I knew I was locked out of my Facebook. Then all my emails even our business email and every single account that I had on my google account on my phone. I had to call the credit bureaus and put a freeze on them, all my bill accounts had to be called because they changed all my passwords. I filed a report with local law enforcement and the FTC. I also have a fraud report number if you need that from the FTC. I was instructed to go and get an alert on my DL for the state of Florida. I also have paperwork from the DMV showing that I have an alert for my license. I have had to get fraud protection through my bank and Lifelock on all of my computers and phone. Endless hours of calling all my utility bills, changing passwords and emails and special passcodes on my accounts not once but several times. We have a business and they hacked and took over that email as well. I ended up getting my google account back from the hackers but that was difficult literally changed the password 3 times before I could get it deleted. They would change the passwords as soon as I would try to do anything, so I deleted it and factory reset my phone. I lost all my contacts in the process of over a 100 people. I was able to get my Gmail accounts back and secured except the one that was part of me google account that I had deleted. The email I had for my Facebook account was not as easy to get back into and Facebook has not made it easy, and I cannot get any help. I was not able to get them out of it until Jan 11th, 2022. Once I did get in there with all kinds of Japanese scrolling running down the side of it. I changed my passwords and updated my information and logged everyone out of it. I have had this account for years. It is the one I used for everything. I am planning on deleting it because I just am not comfortable with keeping it. So, the emails that were sent from Facebook that day on the 27th telling me that someone changed my password and my email I was unable to get until Jan 11 and by that time it was expired. I tried many times to get back to my Facebook account. Everything had been changed. MY number, my email, my passwords are all gone and linked to other people. I also made a new Facebook so I could warn my friends what had happened that I had been hacked.

I have been trying to get help from someone. I am truly sorry that I may even be driving people crazy. This person has taken over my entire identity, they know everything about me, where I live, where I went to school, my children, my grandchildren, my husband's identity, where I work. They are pretending to be me. This really needs to get this taken care of because it is scary in so many ways. I only had 300 and some friends on Facebook and now they have on my account close to 1400 people that they are trying to scam and hack with my face and my videos. These people get hacked and have to go through everything that I have had to endure would be awful. Plus, they get a hold of a crazy person then who knows what would or could happen to me or someone else. This I am terrified of. The way things are these days someone could harm or kill another person. I am afraid for my life. Yes, I agree I did a dumb thing falling for this scheme I don't want anyone else to go through all of this. No one deserves this from anyone. I have been trying to protect my friends when I see posts that are put on my old Facebook. I also have been trying to warn people on my new account, to please report these monsters so this does not happen to anyone else. My new account does not have much information on it because I am nervous about putting all my stuff out there. My picture is the one that I had on before the hacker changed it and my husband on his Facebook has a similar pic on his profile pic. I am afraid to link my pictures up to my new Facebook. I just don't feel safe yet. I never realized or even gave it a thought that I could be hacked or scammed yet here I am. It has been a nightmare. I am physically and mentally drained from it. Please can someone help me take this account down before others get hurt. I have had this account for years. These people have taken over my life and are making it hell. You guys are letting them get away with it. I keep trying to get help. Yet you keep putting me in Facebook jail. Your computers can't tell the difference between the good guy and the bad. I bet close to 50 friends have reported it. I am trying to protect others. These people now know my entire life and have all my information pretending to be me. Seriously, I have no reason to lie, and I have real proof it is me. They have pictures of me with my id, I have the actual real card. They have photos, all my photos and information they need to be locked up and the key thrown away for the things they have done to people first Jennifer now me who knows the countless others that are going through hell that no one believes.

The things being done to my Facebook friends. There are many that know the truth and are reporting what has happened to me. I am trying to get the word out to protect as many as I can. I need help getting this profile taken down. They are not only putting up posts to hack and scam others. They are messaging people pretending to be me trying to hack and scam them through messenger. How can this be ok with your community standards? I have had them almost get a few of my friends showing them the videos. One friend even said that they said where I went to school. This sickens me. They even messaged a lady from my bank. Thankfully she called me at work to let me know I told her to report it because she knows everything that I have been going through. I have had to go in there several times to secure our bank accounts. My one friend that reported them impersonating me and sent the video said that you replied to her that there is nothing wrong with the J. account and it will not be removed. I hope you reconsider this after this message. I promise you my hacker on my account pretending to be me could or would not be able to give you all the information I have written to you. Like I said I have proof of these things that I have listed. So, I ask you to please believe me, I am the real J. who was scammed and hacked on DEC 27th. My identity was taken, and my life forever changed and has been a nightmare ever since. Facebook has been the only people that I can't get help from.

No one is helping me; they are actually acting like I am in the wrong. I have had my entire identity stolen. All of my information, emails, banking info, changed passwords on everything, they had my one email in their possession for weeks before I got it back. They know everything about me. They have made a mess. I have a good bunch of Facebook friends, family who know the truth. I was hacked and scammed. Please help me get this account down. I have all kinds of pictures and proof that I am the real J.

Facebook was informed that Richard DeMien (2020) had passed away and executor of estate wanted account closed.

Facebook informed executor that when account was not used it would automatically remove itself.

2/14/2022 e-mail from Facebook to widow telling everyone to "wish Richard DeMien Happy Birthday".

How much Web space is used up by these unusable accounts.

How easily can this information be used to create scams?

My Facebook account was hacked on Feb 8th 2022, while I was actively using it. They managed to change my email, then my password and phone number, effectively logging me out of all active sessions.

I clicked the link they emailed me to undo the changes if it wasn't me, but that didn't work. I reported my account hacked, submitted my legal Govt ID four different times and all four times got an automatic response that it "isn't a valid form of ID"... [censored]ing seriously? Did you use human eyes or a [censored]ing computer you idiots?! You really think having an AI review these IDs is gonna help ANYONE except the most basic of cases?!?

I am MENTALLY DISABLED AND I COUNTED ON THIS ACCOUNT SO MUCH. ALL MY FRIENDS, MEMORIES,PHOTOS, DISABILITY CONTACTS, EVERYTHING WAS ON THERE. I had this [censored]ing account for 13 years and you're saying there's no other [censored]ing way to prove it's mine?!?! Someone across the world can just... Log in and steal it from me and you give NO [censored]S?!? [censored] YOU Facebook,you lost an actual customer not just a user. I hope you go bankrupt because of stuff like this.

I get people from unknown areas trying to get access to my facebook information and also went as far a remove the resume I had in the facebook. I take my privacy important. Please do not have my information access to people I do not know and wanting someone to contact them for what I do not know. I am sure that is why you had to change it to metta. Please take people privacy and security important

I post the following info straight from Lead stories page. Since then I am in never wnd no censorship mode of harassment and bullying. I have posted writers bio. They say I am not blocked or restricted. However, I am. This event happened as shown on photo. Sarah Thompson with Lead Stories continues to place hold on my post, restrict, or move what I post so that it can not be seen. February 7,2022 at approximately 630 am.

On the 25 of January I couldn't log in my market place, and I reported that, I received a message saying I've sold a wrong thing, which I didn't, then I received one saying the matter is resolved but still nothing, I can't sell.

I was selling Ghana seeds for R150 which is the are other people that are selling that but their posts are not removed or reported

I'm stuck in a loop. I was not hacked. I updated my desktop messenger app (Mac OS) and it logged me out of all my devices. I've not been able to access my account since.

my account has been restricted for posting false information. I feel this is unjust & unfair because 99% of my posts are reposts and i am not the original author.& furthermore i am not posting anything to try to mislead anyone! i repost cute or humurous meme's, sayings, pictures, cute animal pictures, uplifting or inspirational quotes, etc, i repost several times per day so this will happen again if not resolved. if fact checkers are indeed fact checking they can plainly see that i am not actually creating nor am i the original author of most of the posts i forward & receive, & i feel that it is wrong to punish people for reposting something funny, cute, or inspirational that YOU ALLOW to show up on their feed.if you have to "punish" anyone please trace the posts back to the original source , & not target the ones that repost as most of us do not have the time or fact checking tools available to us as you do

I have been on Facebook for only about (2) weeks and my account has been disabled. I have not posted anything other than a couple of household items on Marketplace.

I have made only (2) friend requests and have not spent much time online with it as of yet.

I logged in yesterday and was told my account had been disabled. No reason or indication of what the "Issue" may be.

Facebook's algorithms have me in their sites and constantly flag me for false information when the post (usually a meme) is obviously a joke. Today's discretion was the last straw. A meme I posted last week was tagged as false information. To add insult to injury, the photo they used as the photo that violated is not the same photo. I posted a joke about Facebook police and they claim I posted about China and Covid. I have a long list of supposed violations yet not one of them tells me WHAT the violation was. They're all blank.

I recently moved to a new town, then purchased a new mobile phone. I attempted to log onto my Facebook account, it did not recognize the new device and location. I logged in with my laptop and approved the sign on for the new device, it showed approved for short time then locked me out. I then had to change my password. After I changed the password, I attempted to log on using my old device, it asked me to use the last device I logged on to approve sign on. I attempted to approve on the laptop and been logged out of all devices. Since January 26 to now, I have been attempting to verify my identity every day, nothing seems to be working. The challenging questions to select 4 comments written the past 3 months, have been answered correctly many times, Facebook is still saying they cannot verify my identity. I sent emails with copy of my Driver's license, copy of the new phone/device receipt, proof that I have moved since December 29 and have been using Facebook at this current location, Facebook has not gotten back to me. I felt this was a lost case. I ended up creating a new account, they deactivated the new account and redirected me to log onto my old account. I have tried everything and still not being granted access to my account. I have had this account since 2008, and this is the only way I keep in touch with old friends and relatives from all over. I need to be able to get my account back without all these troubles.

Spent hours talking to Facebook support through Chat and phones for the past 6 weeks and still not resolved. This is unacceptable and shameful.

An illegal post of a FB site using my name and photo was illegally used in a harassing, intimdating, and threatening manner by William Heffernan lll , post this FB site with the following heading " Terry Mulvey - The Way He Is "

Please remove this site that Heffernan has used on FB in which to target me in a harassing, intimidating manner...

As a result this scammer has committed my right to privacy as Heffernan has used my personal information by name and photo

My FB account was hacked on January 26, 2022. I received an email from FB saying that my primary email was changed to [protected]@gmail.com. I then received an email from FB saying that my phone number was changed to [protected]. I did not make either of these changes. I used the secure your account link and when I completed it, it stated something is wrong and cannot process. I have been a FB member since 2008-2009. I have contacts on my account that I would not be able to find again due to familiar names and places they live. This information is valuable to me. I also have years of pictures on the site from trips, etc that I would like access back to. I have tried to email FB at several different emails, no response. I tried to call FB at 650-308-7300 and 650-543-4800 and the result was a machine that states they are not currently taking phone calls to assist customers. They have no directions online to resolve hacked accounts. I need someone to contact me and fix this situation please. I did not disable my account, change my email or change my phone number. Currently it is as if I have never had an account. I can't even get a friend to help me reset because they can't find me. My account has been active since 2008-2009 and should be easy to verify. When and or if FB contacts me I will be happy to provide information that verifies this is me. Please HELP.

I have been locked out of facebook and because they have the wrong email account for me, I cannot get back on or even contact them about the issue. The lockout has nothing to do with me, rather what they claim they detected may have been unauthorized access by someone else. Have written four letters to them but no response. They even control my computer's access to the facebook.com website. I can't even get on there. I am unable to connect with friends or distant family members because of this. Facebook claims to give other choices to get unlocked but it is not true. The only way is to have a code sent to your email which if you no longer have that email will be a dead end. All I want is to get unlocked and able to access my account.

Complaint against Facebook disabled nothing to do with me, I am so angry at people who get away with taking over and posting terrors thing which I know nothing about yet Facebook disabled my Facebook I am an 79 year old woman who knows nothing about terrorism and I need my face book to keep in touciam not a company I am an only person who need Facebook to keep in touch with my family with my family this is beyond a joke

I have been blocked from facebook from December 31 because apparently I need the "two factor authenticator". I have tried and tried but the I.T. skills required are far beyond my capabilities. The instructions were not linear as described! I have received an OTP number if that is any good. Can you help guide me through the long and VERY complicated pathways to establish this "two factor authenticator"? facebook is one of the few social outlets I have these days, with increasing sickness and having to isolate because of the coronavirus.
