Facebook My account was locked

As per your process, phone number is only the option to unlock an account. In general we may loose the number and sometimes it be may be changed. So, I request you to include 2-3 more options with critical manner. My account Dr. Venkata Kantamreddi is difficult to open and I lost phone number during covid pandemic (this number was issued to another person). Please find a way to unlock my account with new options/security questions and other possibility way. Thanks

Facebook Facebook

August 30th I was blocked for a post I made. I disagreed with the decision. Facebook wrote back saying my post did follow community standards and the block was removed. Unfortunately I still can't post or comment because my account is still blocked. I wrote to Facebook in the help center, support inbox and report a problem almost every day since then. My account is still restricted and no one has replied or unblocked it. Censorship is disgraceful!

Desired outcome: Unlock my account! Don't ban me again for 30 days! You owe me at least 90 days because past blocks for posts turned out to be true!

Facebook Freedom of Speech

I belong to several Face Book groups and a question was asked, and I answered and at no point in time did I insult anyone and posted my viewpoint and walked away from my computer for 5 minutes just to be told my comment goes against community guidelines and I'm not allowed to post my opinion. Facebook is going overboard with their guidelines and now my freedom of speech is under attack on a social media platform. I soon discovered are majority of the comments being removed by Face Book are those posted by African Americans. I think it's time for the gov't to step in and dismantle or take over the platform because I find frustrating when my freedom of speech rights is being infringed on when other people are allowed to spread fake news without consequences.

Desired outcome: Face Book needs to stop violating freedom of speech and should be fined every time those rights are violated.

Facebook I am locked out of my account no support people available

I was locked out of my account on September 4, 2022. You asked to confirm my identity. I have sent in a photo copy of my ID. You sent instructions to log in. They instructions do not work. I have attempted to get a hold of Facebook with no help. I call and you don't offer phone support. The online support does not work. It should not be this difficult to get back into my account. When friends try to look me up they have said my account is no longer visible. My name is Heidi Ortner email [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@gmail.com my phone number is [protected].

Facebook My mothers facebook been hacked and taken over by some vile person

My mother tina warwick has been hacked and some one has added michelle to the front of my mothers name. She along with others have reported yet you say you will not close it as you see nothing wrong. The sick individuals that have done this has access to my kids which I am really up set about. They have messaged my mams family and friends and it is seriously getting concerning. How can you not take it down when it’s her account, you are supporting hackers by not taking it down. I want it shut if I will go further, they have photos of my kids

Facebook Hacked

I have been attempting to help a mate who had is account hacked on facebook. I went through every process to attempt to retrieve the account back.

As facebook suggested if you account was hacked go to facebook.com/hacked. I helped my mate attempt the facebook selfie identifier, take a photo of a government ID and submit 2 non government IDs. Every time I do this it will not submit the images. It keeps saying something went wrong, and nothing would go anywhere

I have attempted to retrieve this for over 2 weeks now and still not working.

After a while of constantly trying it then would not even send confirmation codes to my friends email.

Few days later deciding to try again, then emails were coming through again however I am still unable to upload images of the ID

Am unable to find any contact details for further assistance

Desired outcome: Regain control of my facebook account. a better more stable way of retrieving account details. a hotline or email contact for further assistance in case the standard way does not work.

Been helping a mate attempt to recover his hacked facebook account (as he is not very tech savy). Have been trying for over 3 weeks now with no success at all.

Went through all official channels to recover his account. Mainly through facebook.com/hacked. At first we attempted to recover by scanning his drivers license and it was knocked back despite being extremely clear on the webcam.

We then attempted to upload 2 other photo IDs to the system and this is where it got interesting. The system come back and said something went wrong. We then tried the selfie option and again said something went wrong.

we thought we would wait a few days and try again. We had tried all processes again with exactly the same result. Something went wrong. we tried multiple times over the 3 weeks and nothing.

after the second try we then no longer received the emails for the verification codes. So we left it for a few days again. After those few days we then started receiving the verification codes but again exactly the same error in terms of retrieving the account.

we had searched for any contact email, chat or way to contact facebook to try and resolve the issue with no way of contacting help at all.

Facebook Garden pictured below.

Ordered the item pictured below on August 21. Received a tracking number. On August 31st, my account was charged $74.25 for the item. On September 9th, I received a cheap cable kit with the same tracking number- which, to add insult to injury came $5.00 postage due.

Facebook needs to do due diligence on items being offered on the site.

Guessing that a considerable number of people have been taken in by this.

Desired outcome: Take down scam offers. I will work with my bank to get a refund.I would appreciate a response.

Facebook Unable to contact after purchase

On 7/25/22 I purchased sneakers seen on a Face book ad. After waiting SEVERAL weeks with no info and seeing that this order was still "in process" I requested the order be cancelled. This request was ignored as was all my prior emails. The status of my order never changed and kept saying "in process". I kept sending emails and they kept sending auto return emails stating they had received my emails and would respond within 24 - 48 hours - they never dia. Finally on 8/26/22 I received an email saying it was shipped. I at this point had cancelled and didn't want the item even though it had been paid for on my VISA 0n07/25/22. On 8/31/22 I received it. After checking the poor quality of the sneakers and the fact that my VISA had been charged the $45.98 on the day ordered for something that was clearly cancelled I tried again to contact them. I emailed them many times for info as to what I need to do for a refund only to be ignored. After this purchase my VISA was "compromised" and I had to destroy it - coincidence - I think not. A week later I received yet another pair of sneakers!

Facebook Locked out

Not aware of what occurred, was receiving messages through messages from a friend that their Facebook was looked and to help receive a code that will unlock their account. Once that occurred my account became locked. Received the steps to retrieve or unlock the account and performed the steps and no results, account still locked. The steps that was presented required some form of photo ID and I submitted that photo ID and now I very concerned about what has happened. I to be assured that everything will be OK and to access my Facebook account.

Facebook 2-factor authentication issue

Hi there, My name is Anupama Sankritya, and I am not getting any code that is sent by Facebook for 2-factor authentication. I want to receive the code on my registered phone number ([protected]) or the email ([protected]@gmail.com), as it is restricting my access. The app as well as the website is asking me to use the code from the app's code generator. However, there is no code generator on the app and now the login is not happening.

As my previous device is not in use and it is not working anymore. I just need to access my account.

I have attached the instruction that is showing after clicking the hyperlink (Need another way to authenticate?), however, this is no code generator on the app or on the website.

Desired outcome: Just need to login into the account with a code that can be sent to me through the my registered phone number ([protected]) or the email ([protected]@gmail.com) on the account. Just bypass the 2-factor authentication

Facebook Hacked account, no access and ads being placed and charged to me...

On August 22nd, my Facebook account was disabled due to a hacker posting images of child exploitation on my account. I received notice from Facebook that I could "appeal the decision" otherwise after 30 days, my account would be disabled. I attempted to appeal the decision but my accounts were disabled within 1 hour of receiving this email. I have tried numerous avenues of contacting Facebook/Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc. and have not been successful. I'm also getting emails from Meta ADs in relation to my old and not used and cancelled business page, Cardinal Charters, saying they have approved ads and they are now trying to charge me. They have no customer service presence and you can only request assistance through automated forms which continue to give error messages and are of no assistance. I have had these accounts for well over a decade and never had any type of violations of their terms or guidelines, yet, after this obvious hacking all of my data is gone. Hundreds of photos and videos of deceased loved ones, many of my business and professional contacts, etc. gone because they provide no recourse for me to reach out. Please help in getting access back.

Facebook Asking for refund

Ako po si Rosario mendoza padiernos, 

Trying to get a refund para sa downpayment kopo nag start ang loan application last 2016   full paid po ang amount ng down payment, sa camella nueva ecija, unit blk 7 lot 8 phase 1, hindi po nila napa approve sa bank ang loan then we had no choice po to ask for refund 

sabi nila ipa assume nila ang unit para maibalik ang downpayment po, it took couple years till today lang kame nakabalik sa office nila dito sa cabanatuan city 9/6/2022

Then we ask the receptionist if occupied na yung unit sabi nila way back 2019 pa na sold yung unit so then we ask if asan na yung down-payment namin since na benta na ang sabi nila forfeited na ang account ko at non refundable then i ask po san napunta yung pera kona dugot pawis bago ko naipon ang sabi sa developer daw pero ala po nag inform samin, obvious po na malaking pang iiscam po ang ginawa sakin

trying solb this matter po in a nice way but I'm also seeking an advice sa lawyer to file a law suit..

Hoping na matulungan nyo ako sa case ko at makuha ang pinag paguran kong pera,

Facebook Facebook marketplace

This is the 3rd time I have been barred from using marketplace for supposedly not following the community standards. I have read the standards and cannot find where I have violated them. Each time I have tried to have facebook explain to me what I am doing wrong, I have never received an answer. Now I am told that this time is FINAL. I have also received in my spam a number of times that my facebook has been hacked, which I ha deleted. I would at least like an explanation what I'm doing wrong, if it would have been explained to me previously I could have corrected it. John Binggely

Facebook Censorship, restrictions, blocking freedom of speech

On 3 September 2022, at approximately 1030am, I posted a FB comment in relation to a stolen aircraft, unknown person, flying over the city of Tupelo, MS and threatening to crash the plane into the local Walmart. I watched the incident on Fox News. I then posted a FB comment, with words to the effect: "They should send up a Navy, Air Force jet, try to push the plane out of the area, out to an open area and if necessary, shoot it down, to avoid the risk to HUNDREDS of INNOCENTS". I never threatened anybody. I was sent a FB message later that same day stating that I had "Violated their standards". With all the threats, murders, violence, criminal acts that FACEBOOK post, didn't know they had ANY "Standards". 2-3 months ago, I posted another comment in reference to a FB post. Some criminals had broken into an old guys home. He chased them out and fired shots at them. He was 79. I can say "Old" because I'm 80, a DAV, with titanium, knees, bones. :) I posted a comment : "Too old to fight, too proud to run, so he just starts shooting". And I was blocked 7 days. Apparently the teens or whoever does the "reviews", decides to "Block", censor, restrict, have an aversion to the words, "shoot, killing, dying" and yet THEY post the "Shooting, killing, dying" from DC, NYC and Chicago every hour of the day. I served 24 years in the Military, 5 and a half years in Vietnam, cross Border in Thailand. I can assure FB that I do understand the words, "Shooting, killing, dying". Thanks for your consideration.

Facebook I was hacked and apparently someone has taken control of my facebook so am not able to even change the password

on 8/14/22 around 10pm(pst) my husband started yelling at me that kitty porn was on my facebook! I freaked out and ran over to my husbands phone to see and saw maybe 10 seconds then my facebook was off.

Facebook Website interruption

September 1 the Pease-consider-this-blog followers facebook site was virtually shut down with this comment on all the posts "Commenting has been turned off for this post." And I am unable to create new posts.

Was this done by facebook for some reason or this a problem with settings on the website? In any case, the website is unusable at this time and we need help resolving it.

I hope we are not being frozen or cancelled by facebook for our political views or some other woke reason. That would be very disappointing since I have seen facebook as being reasonable and fair. I seek your timely response.

Facebook Can't post on the POS

I shared a meme with a fascist Republikkkan political candidate and a list of her stupid remarks. Facebook suspended me for 30 days "for misinformation about the Covid pandemic". First off, I only quoted HER. SHE actually DID make the false claim. Second, it was SHARED from Facebook post, and that post was not deleted. Not only that, Facebook refuses to communicate AT ALL about their stupid censorship. Apparently, they are pro- GOP and suspend you for offending the rightys.

Desired outcome: Stop censoring things for me that they didn't censor for anyone else.

Facebook Fraudulent apartment ad scamming people out money

Someone stole a Zillow ad I placed many months ago to rent out an apartment I have. They used my address and are demanding money I believe it’s 600 plus another 800 to get the keys to this apartment and move in. Strangers keep showing up to the apartment and now my tenant is scared and wants to move out. I have reported this ad to Facebook also to the police but it keeps reappearing and people keep falling for the same scam. I don’t know how to stop this and Facebook has been completely unresponsive.

Desired outcome: To locate the ad flag it so if it reappears Facebook can take it down before more people get scammed out of their money. Also to stop the harassment of my tenet and myself.

Facebook Stolen account of Danielle Maughan old account under Danielle Roy Maughan

My Facebook account was hacked on July 17th . I closed and opened a new one with new password.

Derrick Holland is the name that appears with my old account ,harassing my friends on Facebook,messenger,and instagram.

He presented under a friend's name whom he had just hacked btw. 🙁 had me out in a code number in an email to get him back in under her name not his.

I suspect this awful person has hacked many and I don't know what to do. Unfair and stressful.

I tried getting his account with my old picture of husband and I , closed but your Facebook help centre said no . This is more detailed hopefully you can work with this . There are a lot of accounts under Derrick Holland , probably all hacked by him.

Desired outcome: Remove Derrick Holland from my old account with all my information.
