Because I am trans I keep getting people hacking me I guess. But also when guys new find out they "report" me and usually the nude one. Which is funny bc I don't have tits yet and I still have my pens which I am not showing. So basically I keep getting my account suspended over and over for nothing I am doing bur being me now its disabled which is fine I'll make new one. Bur I am adding you guys to my lawsuit of discrimination hate crime trans etc..

My attorney richard Woodrow from laacey wa started against tik tok and xbox. He has passed it onto a big Seattle firm..

This is tiring and annoying.

I opened a Facebook group for victims of Microsoft’s forced Upgrades and it has now existed on Facebook for many years.

Recently I anonymously created a second Facebook account and logged on. I quickly realized that Facebook has not let one single person view my group since its existence. There were 2.8 million victims of Microsoft’s forced upgrades and there is no way they will ever convince me that not one person was willing to read my post.

I then complained to Facebook and suddenly find myself blocked every time I post anything.

I am currently blocked for posting a picture of the message facebook sent me. Before that I was blocked for 29 days for Posting a simple two line quote from a convicted criminal. The post was not aimed at any individual and the post was enclosed within quotation marks. I even gave credit to the author. After that I posted a picture of the Quote in a message directly to Facebook and am now again banned for 29 days. I have also reported one persons account for encouraging people to commit suicide and facebook refused to act on it. I then reported an account that was posting Dog fighting events and live video that Facebook chose not to take down. I then reported three accounts used by the same individual that is imperaonating government agents and tricking facebook customers into credit fraud. And once again facebook refused to act. I told Facebook I was contacting an attorney if this was not remedied and I would now like to state for the record - I am a man of my word - that task has been completed. Ban me all you like - you don’t have to talk to me but you will be talking to the lawyer during the depositions. How any organization can be informed of such crimes on their platform and refuse to take time to address them and yet spend more time punishing the reporting party is beyond describable, I fail to see the reasoning - maybe Facebook can make a jury and judge understand - we’ll see.

1) During the past several years, my Facebook page has been shut down repeatedly, for reasons that are not logical. For example, if I have written on my page or someone else's individual page or a group page of which I am a member, somebody may decide that they don't like my opinion, & suddenly, my personal Facebook page gets shut down. It doesn't occur to Facebook that my opinion might be valid, & the other person's is invalid. Is everybody on Facebook supposed to think the same way? I do not give an opinion without either 1) Personal Experience or 2) Research. I am not just writing off the top of my head. I have life experience as a Professional Writer. But Facebook seems to think that their opinion is more important than mine. They do not allow for a variety of opinions. This does not serve the public interest well.

2) The timing of these "shut downs" of my page appears to be predictable.

This usually occurs between the end of the Old Year and the early months of

the New Year, i.e., December through January; in the Springtime: March-April - April-May; and Fall - September-October, especially during Election Years, when it is especially vicious. There can be cruel statements by "fishers" or "bots" on a page of which I am a member. When I attempt to rebut a state-ment which I see as uninformed or bias, Facebook shuts down my page.

3) At present, my current Facebook page is missing again. It was shut down just a week or two before the 2022 Federal & State Elections. I was invited by a group page of which I am a member to rebut the incorrect information pos-ted on a political candidate's page. I did so, and immediately my Facebook page was shut down. I believe I had the right to post the facts on that candi-dates' page, especially when there were no statistics or facts to support the candidates' opinion.

4) My Business page - Sonrisa Designs & Handmade Animals, is full of posts by other people I don't know. I will never post anything there if this is the pro-cedure. They have no right to allow other people to post on my Business Page.

5) Now there is a new feature called "Popular pages." I don't want to be part of "Popular Pages." I just want to communicate with my friends.

I admit I am 70 years old and do not know a lot about computers. I tried to log onto my computer and the password that I had been using had been changed. Tried several times to reach fb to no avail. I had my computer where the user and passord were available when I logged into my account. I would log in and then my actual password would automatically change.

I am appealing and requesting that the 30 day suspension of my Facebook account be lifted.

In the middle of the night on December 23, 2022, my FB acct was apparently hacked by some bozo in TX who posted ads that were against FB policy. I awoke to find 45 notifications that this occurred and that my acct had been suspended. My aol was also hacked that day by someone in Vietnam. I have attempted to find help online, and called the number that says no phone assistance is given, and emailed 8 addresses that I found that might be able to help, but all 8 came back as failure to deliver. I have spent days trying to get help.

This has caused a lot of frustration. Not only with trying to find live help, but I use FB to communicate with family 2000 miles away. And the hacking and suspension occurred right before Christmas and will reportedly last a month.

I had to head over to NZ to support my dying Grandfather was there for 6 months, in that time in june my bussiness page got hacked and set up with 2 diffrent admonistraters and tried to run a couple ads. lucky for me i put on a $10 limit on it.

i only had my apple phone and didnt realise i had to use a computer to show you my id and do all the credentials.

once i got back i tryed to do that but you guys still denied me and im unsue why. my persoanl page ive had since 2009 roughly and my business page since 2016

if you go on to my pages im still trying to run my bussiness page now its not at its full compasity, and im finding it hard to boost post and try and get more clients. ive also realised that its been stopped on mu instagrame account as well.

please can we reinstate all of this so i can use it like i was at the beggining. i dont want to set up a new page or start from the start again as ive worked so hard to do this. please help me also if you like ring me so we chat about it more [protected]

I have tried to set up a new Facebook account and it says I am not following the company rules, I had to leave other accounts behind because my husband is hacking them, I am being harassed by him and there is a court ordered protection order against him. I am quite sure he has done something to get me banned from Facebook, please help me, I haven't done anything wrong and need to get back to my true friends and groups again. I was told that on the 22nd of December I had posted 3 pictures of a nude child, I was locked out of commenting liking and posting, I asked Facebook to show me what the pictures were I assured them that I had not posted any such photographs and that if they thought I had they must inform the police. I heard absolutely nothing from them, I told them I must have been hacked again no help whatsoever. the account of Thomas E Smith Jr ([protected]@gmail.com was hacked on December 26, 2022. you even sent him emails that new email was added. the email came in while he was asleep. Thomas is a 32 yr old young man with Autism I am his mother. I spent all of December 27, 2022 trying to get his account fixed. after I finally got everything fixed Facebook decided to Disable his account reason unknown. I cannot set up a new account for him because his Email & phone # are linked to the deactivated one. My son Thomas depends on Facebook to communicate with friends & family, it is his major source of interaction.

Why was my opinion silenced? Have not posted anything derogatory or harmful. Sexual. Trying to Spread the Truth and educate. Young people out there. They are not watching the news. Nor paying attention. Post and themes. The purpose is to enlighten. The reader. to understand. And research. The Truth. Is this not offensive? It isn't very respectful to those who think negatively.

Aizen Zhayko purchased my Nissan 370z / infiniti G37 and G35 Oil Cooler kit – Order # [protected] on Facebook Marketplace

He stated that one of the oil cooler fittings was leaking. I said that I would accept the return.

Aizen said that he will ship the item back to me. I have not received this oil cooler.

But facebook is telling me that $330.66 will be deducted from a future payout.

This may be a possible scam. The oil cooler was previous installed on my car and there were no leaks. It's easy for someone to fake an oil line leak by not tightening the not properly on any of the two oil lines for the cooler. Aizen has not returned the oil cooler to me and my account will be deducted $330.66.

I should not lose $330.66 without having the item returned to me (the oil cooler should be returned to me before any credit is provided to Aizen Zhayko). Basically Aizen has stolen the oil cooler from me.

My account at Facebook was frozen, for a fifth time, on 8/09/2022, Today is 12/26/2022. They do not say why my account was frozen.

I have tried to follow their instructions but that never works. They want documents that are not their business. This classified as social media but that must be the Facebook version of it. They have a contract with their users that they ignore. Unfortunately, we use FB to stay in touch with friends and relatives. There is an implied if not a factual contract between users and Facebook. Facebook has not met it’s side of that contract

I have had two recent 30-day bans for comments that did not violate FB community standards, which I think could form the basis for a lawsuit. I’m not registering a complaint about violation of my right to free speech under the First Amendment. I’m saying FB is targeting me for no reason. If FB publishes community standards, it should follow them, but it doesn’t.

Then they send me an email to confirm it is my email, however they sometimes cannot do that. If you succeed at that then they go through a list of documents that they want me to upload to prove I am me. I have tried to do that, but they do not have the ability to handle it. I want to know why I am blocked from market place, you say that I violated your policies, but I do not have a sellers account, I never even applied for one, I have been using market place to look for a mobile home, only, I do not have anything to sell. I do not own any guns, or drugs, or anything of that nature, I hate guns and drugs, I don"t even drink alcohol.

First off, I would never share anything that have children involved in it, let alone pornography. That needs to be removed from my account immediately, as I did not do what you're saying I have done. There are a lot of people on FB that are getting their accounts hacked and sending information as if they were that person. According to the message I got when trying to send a message on FB, I was restricted for 4 days from sending any messages. This happened on the 20th or the 21st. Now, I don't rely on FB as my life, nor do I rely on FB for news simply because there is no reliable resource. I do my own research and if I find something of interest that I think people should know about, then I share it on my timeline. Nothing that I have shared resembles anything that FB is accusing me of doing, but yet I am restricted from sharing information with friends of mine. I have been on FB for many years and in all these years I have never shared anything that has to do with children. I am a father that just so happens to have 3 children of my own and 6 grandchildren, so why on earth would I share anything to do with children? I never would and I never have done that, so I want an investigation into who posted that information and I want to make sure that this doesn't happen to me again or anyone else. As stated above there have been several of my friends' accounts that have been hacked and have been sending out messages as if it were them and it wasn't, so I am going to guess that is exactly what happened with my situation, because once again I never share anything to do with children. Never have and never will. This may not be a big deal to you, because it's online, but it is a big deal to me because it is false and paints me as some sick person. Someone needs to be held accountable for this and it surely is not me. I can swear to that on my life, my children's lives and a bible that I never share anything like that. If you can show me that I posted it and prove to me it was me, then I will accept the penalty, but again I would never post anything pertaining to children on the internet. I get pissed when I hear or see people doing that, so why on earth would I do it? That's the point, I would not do it, because I know it's against the law.

Complaint due to Facebook Team Restricting my account. When I have not posted or shared anything let alone 4 times like you incorrectly and falsely put.
