Welcome! How can I help with your question?

You

I’m trying to find out who the legal owner is for the Extended Stay America Hotel located at 1031 N.Link , Anaheim, Ca. 92806 I know that this building has been sold to a new buyer recently; however some uncivil practices have taken place here and has greatly affected me as well as many other long term tenants here that legally protected by the fair housing and rent control act of California.

Have you talked to a lawyer about this?

You

Most lawyers are pussies and won’t give you the time of day unless it is worth their time to make an extreme amount of money from the case at hand instead of doing what’s right for the consumer who is being unlawfully discriminated !

What steps have you taken so far?

You

Well I have my evidence at hand and would like to talk to the right person within the ACLU of Orange County; however it would be best if I knew exactly who the entity is that bought the building. They’re just trying to evict everyone out of here so that they won’t have to relocate any of the long term residents here.

Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you. Welcome! How can I help with your question?

Call the new owner of this building is advertising on Zillow. Newly renovated studios for $2550 per month featuring amenities such as stove and oven, dishwasher, downstairs, laundry, dog, and cats are OK, with downstairs, laundry, and covered car parking. They also provide section 8 fair housing, as well as consumer for Tection rights for LGBTQ residence. This is false advertising, and the reason being is that this place is a total dump. None of these features exist. There are no ovens, no dishwashers, the downstairs laundry is out of order, and there is no other car parking, also, the first people to be evicted from this property for my neighbors from room 305 we’re known to be gay and very nice people and this contradicts their pledge of allegiance to support the LGBTQ community and their tenant rights. Anyone can go on Zillow with the following address 1031 N. Pacificenter Dr. , Anaheim, CA. 92806. and see what they have advertised. This is a total joke and an insult to the residents who are long-term I have been here many years.
